This small family business is exceptional and trustworthy. Our family has purchased items, had repairs done, as well as had appraisals and consultations at JeJo's & Son. Each interaction has demonstrated very knowledgeable owners and staff and been a respectful and fun experience. I'm hoping to have them design something beautiful for me in the future!

Great shop with a good selection of watches and jewelry. Lots of options for maintenance and repair too. Just went in and they adjusted my wristband for free although I have not been a customer before. Will definitely be coming back.

My favorite place! Burak is incredibly talented. He and his father repaired 3 of my rings in two days. One was a very old diamond and gold ring that needed to be rebuilt with a new band. So thankful I found them. They will have my business for life!

I can't say enough good things about this business. I had my engagement ring fixed (100 yr old family ring- lost one of the diamonds). They worked hard to find a diamond that fit well with the other diamonds, the communication was fantastic, always polite and the work is beautiful, my ring looks amazing. For such a small business they always had people in the store every time I was there. I will definitely use them again.

I was looking for a place to resize my citizen watch and change batteries on 2 other watches that I have. I called in and they were able to do it on the spot. Great customer service. Extremely happy with the cost and efficiency of it. I love supporting small independent businesses over the big corporations.

I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here. They completely over delivered on the repair we had done to my ring band. He immediately understood the sentimental value my ring has as it was my grandmothers and we said we needed it done a little bit sooner he quickly adjusted promise date. We dropped it off on Saturday, was supposed to be ready Thursday and to my delight it was ready Tuesday. The pride that is taken in the work can be seen. I’m so incredibly happy we found them!

I see my wife beat me to the punch on this, but I'll add my 5-star review to hers and many others who have said good things about this gem of a shop. We have been wanting to upgrade her ring for many years and finally this year we decided to look into it. She found JeJo's by way of a Google search and we dropped in one day. We were not disappointed. The shop is tucked away in King City and we would have likely never known it was there had it not been for the reviews. It is a small shop and usually has customers waiting, so go in with patience because the wait is worth it.
Burak is very friendly and helpful and will shoot you straight as to what is possible versus what you should avoid. He was able to look at my wife's ring and come up with a few thoughts as to how it could be upgraded. After about 20 minutes of looking at options, we landed on a solution. Burak explained that he would need to order the extra bands and gave us a completion date of about a week out. He called me when the bands arrived and confirmed that we wanted to move ahead and the ring was completed a day ahead of the original date he gave us.
We are extremely happy with what he did for us and would absolutely recommend JeJo's to anyone looking for jewelry, jewelry repair or an upgrade of existing jewelry.

Talk about a 5-star experience, this place is a gem. JeJo did a wonderful job of assisting my husband and I with the purchase of anniversary bands for my wedding ring. He gave us a great price and suggested items that were very reasonably priced. He was so attuned to keeping costs reasonable that at one point I said, "Come on man, spend my money!" I am 100% delighted with my ring and the service that he provided. Additionally, I LOVE his shop. It's like an opportunity to dig through your grandmother's jewlery box. While there I found a Black Hills Gold pendant that reminded me of my grandmother and had to have it. He ordered a chain for me and had the pendant shined up and ready to go when the chain arrived.
We will be lifelong customers, I couldn't imagine giving anyone else my business after our experience there. Thanks JeJo, I'll definitely be back!
