Aaron is amazing! We were in a few weeks ago and it was super busy... however Aaron greeted every customer with a smile and a joke! We need more people like Aaron in this world! Will be doing all future banking needs here!

I want to give a shout out to Kyle. As a black business owner I cash checks at multiple banks I do not have an account at. This check was only $460 but you would be surprised with the hoops I have to jump thru sometimes. Kyle took my check my two forms of ID and ask me how I wanted my bills back the same way I see so many other people treated that don't look like me. Thank you Kyle.

This is the worst brand you could ever go to, I went there to order a new card cause I lost mine and the teller didn't do anything to help me she told me that I should call Custumer service to get a new one or do it myself on my phone she didn't even try to guide me on my phone to order a new card, then I requested to get some cash she refused to give it to me cause my ID was expired even though I provided her with all the information the needed, I even had the account on my mobile app it was obvious that I was the owner of the account but she didn't give me my money the manager of the branch didn't help either I finally went to a different branch in Beverton with the exact same ID and they gave me the cash I requested and the guided me though the process of getting a new card.

I met the new manager Alexander Arnest and I can tell he already has his footprint here. He stepped up and helped customers when the lobby got full. Thank you! This branch used to have a very slow teller line. There would be 2 tellers working and 4 other staff members staring at computer screens with a line of customers in the lobby. No greetings, no smiles and it seemed like nobody here liked their job. That is definitely changing with Alexander here.

Made appointment with Notary Rosi E.M. with my elderly parents. You'd think she thought she was an attorney. They had picture ID's but according to her were not what "she" required. They don't drive at 96 and 95, so they don't have driver's licenses but had TriMet ID cards with their photos, in addition to Social Security cards, etc. Nope, not good enough. Took her job too seriously. Sheesh, you're just an impartial witness as a notary. I've been a notary in the past for the Oregon court system, and this was ridiculous. In addition BofA's phone support is horrible. I will be closing my business account I've had with them for 20 years. Enough is enough. Why don't you start valuing people's time???? I've wasted about 2 1/2 hours this week with this bank.
