“On Sunday I came in to buy a pair of jeans and I was having such a hard time finding one that fit me just right! Ariel was wayyyy beyond awesome not kidding I tried on just about every style of Jean that was in store, she had so much patience and helped me in the fitting room by bringing more of the size I requested! She kept checking on me to make sure I found what I needed! I left with a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly and I was sooo happy!!! Ariel didn’t give up on me and made me feel like there was something for me we just had to look and try on as many as it took for me to leave happy ? such a great experience and very extremely good costumer!!!! If I could give more stars ⭐️ I’d give way more. Thank you Ariel for your patience, awesome costumer service and great personality!”

“All I got to say is eventually I won't be able to buy clothes anymore they are so expensive ? that being said Lane Bryant has good quality clothing. I usually only shop online in the clearance section and then have my items sent to the store for free shipping and then I'll pick it up there, when you do that they will give you a 50% off coupon towards one full priced item in the store ? so with my 50% off today I was able to get a nice cardigan sweater regular price $79 and I got it for $39 which is still a lot for a sweater in my opinion... But they do stand behind their clothing if you take it back because there's something wrong with it they will usually honor that by letting you trade it in at least that's what they've done with faulty underwear in the past they don't trade them in of course ? but they will give you a new pair especially if your underwear are less than 3 months old.”
