In MY opinion one of the workers needs to fix their attitude. Treats some people good and others not so good.

I always go to this ups to get labels printed out and I never had problems with the workers. A worker that has some grayish hair that works there was giving me attitude and charging me $125 for a label she would come up with excuses of why she was charging me that much. I went there for the second time to try to get the label printed by a different worker to see if that’s how much I should be paying for the label but she attended me again (another worker attended me first but then he left and the worker with the attitude came to tell me that the label is $125). At this point I think the worker was being racist because last time I went she was having a nice attitude with customers that are a white race but she was giving me attitude only.

Gave rave reviews for how fast & nice these ladies are. Was there for a notary. Just spent $35 more & tons of time getting POA paperwork to get notarized cuz they did the title wrong. If 2 names are on the title with only one line to sign, they are supposed to have you squeeze your signature into half the space.

Went into this UPS store we use all the time and usually it’s great but yesterday June 10, 2024 I went in with 2 Amazon returns. The lady that helped acted like she scanned both items and put both items in the same bag with one sticker closing the bag. I asked her if it was ok to put both in the same bag because I’ve never seen them do that before and she waved her hand and said that’s fine, she was very rude. That night only 1 item was refunded. I went in the next day on the 11th and forgot my receipt at home so the 2 ladies said they couldn’t help me without it. I went back home and found my receipt called them back and asked if they could look it up she asked me if the receipt number started with 1 letter or a bunch of letters I said a bunch of letters and she then told me they can’t look it up and to call Amazon. I called Amazon and because she only scanned 1 item and put both in the same bag I now have to wait till the end of June to get my return. I will be bringing my returns somewhere else from now on something seems shady with the first lady that helped me because I knew she was wrong and that wasn’t going to be fine and she ignored me.

I got to the location in the am to miss a line and was very pleased with my customer service representative. She was friendly and fun to work with since she engaged with my child in laughter and hand gestures.

If you are clear on the paperwork you want notarized and don’t want your private information shared with the public, don’t go here. Even after having the county tell us how they specifically wanted the documents completed, Quinn questioned this right after he said it was, “above his pay grade.” Last I checked he wasn’t a county employee or attorney. Quinn needs some serious customer service training as well, which it appears I’m not the first to think this.Also surprised that both employees we used for notary didn’t have previous customers information covered. You would think that they would be more proactive against identity theft.Response to Quinn’s reply. It’s funny that the first employee didn’t question anything we had signed and it wasn’t done correctly. I also wasn’t talking about exhibit A, that had nothing to do with my review. It was page one where the names of the parties involved are listed. Thank you for the reply though, it was much kinder and less condescending than you come across in person.

The customer service was the BEST I’ve ever had. People were friendly, helped me with what I needed and they never got frustrated with how many papers I needed to mail.
