Customer service doesn’t exist here, all the employees just stand around on their phones while their self serve printers are jammed or need attention. If you need something printed or shipped, don’t waste your time here. Go to UPS or FedEx!!!

I bought some business cards, the first set of 250 came out lopsided, uncentered and with white borders that I did not want. They immediately fixed my issues and described the issue and what went wrong with their machine. Super friendly and they threw in an extra set of cards for the inconvenience. As a small business I 100% appreciate the fix and the bonus cards! They came out super nice!

Came to return an Amazon package. The guy working in the printer area tells me it’s closed for the next 30min to an hour. No biggie, I swing by about 45min later to be safe and same dude says their closing the store. Why not just tell me it’s closed for the night or take the damn package the first time to not waste my time.

Amazing staff, first time there and they were all very friendly and helpful at all time. Employees are very willing to help you out. I was looking for something and someone approached me to help me out. Great prices!

After going to another store re office chairs and the salesman helping me walked away I thought to check on one particular chair and waiting some 20 min and I inquired to receive no reply, I left and went to Staples and Cody was so helpful and I found the chair I wanted, he loaded it into our SUV and when I inquired where I could dispose of my old chair, he told me to bring it back to the store and they would dispose of it for me!!!!! Fantastic service and will highly recommend Stapes!!

went in for an amazon return, was in and out in less than 5 mins. only reason i gave 4 stars is because the lady who helped me wasn't very friendly, otherwise was a fast experience.

The staff was amazing! Thw employee who had the curly long hair and tattoo was incredibly helpful! I wish I would have gotten his name ☹️ He was super nice and helped load a desk and chair we bought.
