Came to pick up a phone we had on hold for my mom. The lady Liliana was not very helpful. She Seemed very annoyed when we asked questions about the phone and the promotion. She was not courteous at all and was even more annoyed when I asked for a receipt. She needs to learn how to treat customers.

I have gotten ripped off for the last time from the used car salesman at AT&T. If it sounds too good to be true, it is. I've had AT&T for 25 years and been told it's only so much a line, or we'll throw this in for buying the phone every time I go into this store. Just don't look at your bill because as it turns out it isn't what they say. Goodbye AT&T

The team is very patient and knowledgeable. Porte me in from another carrier quick and efficiently. Had questions about my first bill and when I came in they explained everything well. Highly recommended!

My wife was here today and received superb, attentive customer service from Marvin while getting her phone reactivated. Somehow it had turned off and the account disappeared but he were able to get her squared away w/same phone, minutes, etc. Thanks for the great job! Plus, he introduced us to new tv/phone service by A T & T.

I was pretty impressed with the service I received! Attentive and quick to respond. Extremely knowledgeable, I'm a big fan of everybody that worked when I was there. Knowing wireless there is nor.ally alot of turnover and this store seems to have alot of good newer employees who are truly engaged.
