Poor quality in the meat department and the front end of the store. Staff don't help or care about the customers. The parking lot is crowded and messy it's hard to find parking.

This isn’t the grocery store I usually go to, but occasionally I come here for smaller grocery trips. Usually everything is in stock and the stuff isn’t expired so that’s nice. I look forward to keep on coming here ?

Deli has no staff. I'm starving with money I'm hand, but there was no one there. Waited for over 20 minutes, but it's not worth it. Now I have to find somewhere else for food, thanks for the inconvenience.

Eric, chubby dude, glasses, beard. Self check out… was zero help! Literally showed him the store discount picture and all! Told me I couldn’t go and verify. I still went To prove he was wrong! And still proceeds to not help! Acting like the discount was coming out of his paycheck.

These new self checkout hours are repugnant lol, and unfair to the customer and employee…
Waited a half hour to buy two items and the store was dang near empty.
At least two of the people in line were noticeably upset and commented to cashier. We already struggle to justify the much higher prices, by convenience.
Making a perpetually understaffed store implement these new self checkout hours just amplifies the issue.
That being said, the store is great! And clean, the staff is great too. However, its much more sensible to make the drive over to Winco.

Very fast pickup. I can place a pickup order and within 10-30 minutes it’s usually ready. Of course, more time is needed on weekends and busy times but overall, I’ve been impressed. The staff are friendly and usually happy. The store is always clean and products are generally easy to find. I pretty much only shop deals. Decent prices when on sale and sometimes things like ice cream are at an excellent price with for u deals.

Waited 20 minutes to check out because self check out was closed. Please start using management as employees and then have who’s higher than them do management level stuff. Work all your employees. So you don’t over work your current employees. Short staff means management starts doing lower level stuff not just to cover a break to actually work.

I'm done with safeway
Let be honest. The prices have always been bad. We tolerated it because it was convenient and sometimes the lines aren't so long. But now, if I want to capitalize on a discount I have to remember what my login to the stupid app is and claim it. That doesn't work. The tech isn't there yet for it to be convenient and I don't want to play this stupid game when I can drive 3 blocks down and hit a winko. I'm out.

Went Saturday night feb 10.24 ,lady employee watched me attempt to use ebt and seen her smiling behind me and instantly got an awkward uncomfortable feeling. When I swiped the screen loaded but never approved transaction. She then walked up said,” what are u trying to use to pay?” Almost giggling while asking?. I replied,” ebt “ she smiled even more holding back her laugh and said?” No,our “systems” down at the moment, but if u have a “tap debit card it’ll accept that or cash,” she then turns to coworkers who suddenly appear nearby ,laughing and made fun of me . By saying to her ,” “employees name “ U need a break girl u work to much,”they’re laughing,” she replies to them,”Yeah I can’t believe I haven’t had break and I have a dollar ! I’m stopping by a drive thru and I’m buying me a cheeseburger ! “While laughing very obviously “ then says,”I have to eat something and that’s all my change I have to pay for my food! I don’t get luxury of getting whatever I wish I have to work and pay my food out of pocket” then all 3 burst out laughing.., never in my years would I thought I’d be making fun of so obvious in front of me .. I’ve been I’ll and layed off and was approved for this card . Some people just don’t understand and it’s unbelievable how disgusting and disrespectful they treated me I will reach out to corporate
