This pharmacy has improved. The staff are a lot friendlier and more helpful. I think they've been working on improving and if they are it shows. They aren't perfect but they are trying and doing better. Thanks rite aid for caring about your clients.

Update review
The owner replied to this friggin review I tried that nothing changes, I've left multiple complaints and clearly through the reviews others have too
Currently waiting over and hour for a prescription didn't wanna drive home and come back people ahead of me ARE HERE STILL WAITING TO THE POINT THEY'RE FALLING ASLEEP
Pitiful customer service at best
And say ANYTHING results in immediate attitude from staff
This review is strictly for the pharmacy
I love the rest of rite aid for the most part
But the pharmacy is asinine
Rude customer service feels like favoritism often
Refills taking over 24+hrs for life saving medications
And this is all the time to be honest I'm over it.
I'm likely just going to switch from being a customer at rite aid altogether and going to Walgreens at this rate

A huge thank you to the woman working the telephone in the pharmacy around 7 pm tonight. I was a panicked mess over my son's diabetes medication being out and expired insurance. She was super calm, kind, and most importantly helpful! We have the next couple weeks of life saving medication figured out and I couldn't be more grateful.

I was supposed to be in for a 10:00 am interview this morning but there were no managers on site and the supervisor had no idea what was going on. This kind of disorderly conduct is unacceptable for a business.

I was having a horrible day stopped in to riteaid for a few things couldnt find them sheila the manager went over and beyond to help me and so super friendly really turned my day around thank you sheila for the great customer service and just being a nice person it is very much appreciated

Pharmacy review only. Too much to type for the multiple incidents with this pharmacy. But this last one was absolutely inexcusable. Thank you to the rite-aid pharmacy staff, who managed to have me scrambling to find a medication that is critical for me. I would say do better. But half the staff don’t care and the customers are an inconvenience for them. Their attitudes speak volumes. Sorry we are an inconvenience for you rite-aid pharmacy staff with our business. We can take it elsewhere.

Relatively newly remodeled RiteAid pharmacy. Large selection of everything that you would expect to find at a pharmacy.Amazon pickup locker „Cadell“ is on the back left corner.The Keizer post office is directly next door.Very friendly staff.

Worst professionalism I've ever legitimately had to deal with trying to fill my asthma medication between Nathan and the main pharmacist all I recieved was grief asking for help with an override and the literal statement 'if I did that for you I would have to for every customer' from nathan.... SIR this is your literal job if you dont want the job you applied for I'll gladly do this for customers that need help

We needed some tylenol and this was a convenient stop. Easy parking and not too busy!
