I thought this a wing place, turned out I needed boots

For the price you pay for these boots, this store and their customer service is ridiculous. Despite walking in willing to spend 400+dollars on boots and add ons, I was told they would not order certain boots in certain colors because the owner did not want to. I was told my only.optionnwas to drive 45 mins north to go to the Oregon city red wing. If that's the case, then I think going forward I'll do all my business at that red wing sense they actually want my business. It's also worth noting that your experience will vary wildly depending on who's working there that particular day. There is an older gentleman that is phenomenal and has single handedly kept me coming back to this store for years despite how rude and unhelpful the other staff is. I could bring a pair of boots to that gentleman one day and told they're perfectly serviceable, but if Cheyenne is there she will refuse to touch them and tell me I have to buy a new pair. For the amount of money these boots cost and the amount of money I have spent at this store, I would expect even a slightly better experience.

Would give zero stars if possible. We got a pair of boots a year ago and had a bad experience with Cheyenne. We went in today due to a hole in the boots to which she very rudely said this isn’t my fault it’s yours. You hit the curb or drag your feet. I think it’s very rude for one to not explain it in a nicer way or just have more compassion. I think it’s ridiculous that a pair of boots we spent over $200 all of a sudden have a rip in them and have barley been worn for 5-6 months and because you assume what I do for work and how I wear my boots there is nothing you can do for me. I would never recommend coming to this store because of her and the poor experiences she has made us have.

You let me down. I did all the leg work to get the boots approved through my company and you simply never ordered them. I'm looking for a new boot manufacturer. My company offers me 2 other options.
