Kind of a 50/50 experience, hence the three-star review. What I mean is, people who work on the floor seem to be polite and courteous, even friendly. But the people behind the cash register seem miserable, if not aggressive and angry. I've literally had a few cashiers at this store glare at me -- for what reason, I do not know. (Glaring at a paying customer is probably not a good business model.) And since the shopping experience always ends with the cashier, I've decided to forgo this location and go elsewhere. Who wants to be glared at while buying pet food? LOL

Called yesterday. Come in after 3:00 to get my dogs nails clipped. Never said you need to bring the rabies showing it was currant Guy in a very rude way say did you bring your Rabies shot certification with you. I was like huh ? Said nope can't do I didn't know I had to bring it.. Went back in after I thought about it I had done shots there for Sadie Mae . Nice girl check and they had done shots but not the rabies . Guy at the start never said anything but you need a rabies shots. Nothing about the other ones we paid for. They could have asked if they could call my vet to verify it. That part never crossed their minds. My 7y.o German Shepherd does not going in to do the shots. She is a service dog seeing me taken away by paramedics , fireman , and police when I have seizures. She is always thinking about me and worried .

I made an appointment for 10:30 am for them to tell me that it might be over two hours of a wait why have an appointment for you guys to just keep my dog in a kennel for two hours I also was there 10 min early and they had me wait till after 10:30 for check in

I was in a panic! My senior kitty needed medication in tablet form (seriously?) I knew I needed Pill Pockets but I couldn't find them. In my experience you get an eye roll and vague "over there" response when asking for help. I cautiously approach a young lady cleaning the ferret habitat. She walked me right to them (no eye rolling) & asked if she could help with anything else. Can you believe it, actual customer service with a smile. I needed that.

Web site says to call for cat grooming,so I did 10 times. Never got an answer from grooming department. Went to store and when finally was waited on to make an appointment was told we can't do cats because cat person quit. U thought that any person hired for grooming should be able to at least trim cats nails. Really wasted my time and fuel. When an answered phone would have taken care of all

Went in at 2.30 store was quite busy waited a long time for help in fish department. While the clerk was catching fish I told her I was in the Sunday before and purchased fish.I purchased 6 neon tetras 5 out of the 6 died in the first 2 days. She told me that alot of the fish have been dying. But I didn't receive any credit for the dead fish.There are signs posted that say fish are guaranteed 30 days..I purchased my fish and left.

Wanted to buy a fish but the so called “aquatic specialist” told me she “wasn’t comfortable selling me anything” because I didn’t have the correct tank setup for it, even though I told her about my tank setup at home. Normally I wouldn’t care about something like this, but I had already bought some things for the tank, and she wouldn’t even sell me a 30 cent goldfish, much less a more expensive, cooler one. I will be buying my stuff from a different store.

I was unable to buy my dogs specific food and had to buy another one. The store did loook as of it had gotten a shipment due to the pallets around but int he past asking for help didnt get me my product. Also I am still very angry that the checkout process has eliminated the customers view of scanned items and prices. I feel this is full blatient deception and I hope someone files a class action lawsuit for charging more than listed.On that topic I was also disappointed to be charged 4 dollars more in store for a product on sale online and in the ad because I forgot to price match it. The store should match online prices automatically.
