BEWARE! If you are going for surgery the staff is not helpful and not courteous. They aren’t responsive- now I’m having major trouble getting in touch with them for a receipt. When I went back in April their receipt machine was broken or down in some way and they said they would be able to email me my transaction. Never did! I submitted my bank transaction for a simple neuter but insurance won’t accept it and now this place won’t answer. When they did a month back - they told me I could go into any vetco and they could print the transaction record - also a lie. These people don’t answer their phone and so your call has to get routed to another location and then that location tells you to call grooming and transfer you. Absolute joke.
