“My wife and I stopped in to pick up some dog food. We grabbed two masks to keep as a spare in the car. We got lectured for taking them. The store associate was very rude. We won't be back. We will be shopping at Wilco ore Coastal from now on”
“I was in a panic! My senior kitty needed medication in tablet form (seriously?) I knew I needed Pill Pockets but I couldn't find them. In my experience you get an eye roll and vague "over there" response when asking for help. I cautiously approach a young lady cleaning the ferret habitat. She walked me right to them (no eye rolling) & asked if she could help with anything else. Can you believe it, actual customer service with a smile. I needed that.”
“UNACCEPTABLE Petco!!! We purchased $65 training here and still have a private lesson left. So now i was told "that trainer no longer works here" , so cannot use it. ?? Soooo.... REALLY!!! I was told nothing to be done, no refund either & told we can call corporate. So I Called corporate. I explained sitation and was put on hold for aprox 4mins, the call just disconnected. So i called again this happened AGAIN on hold 2x's & disconnected. The 3rd call was then transferred back to the Kiezer store . Petco.... UNACCEPTABLE!!!! get your people in customer service & in your stores in order. To treat customers . NOTHING RESOLVED!! Kiezer you know who and what you should do. DO IT!!”
“Today I was in this store because the food for my puppy was not in the stores I normally buy. So I decided to go to this store which I had already heard of but had never entered. The truth is that everyone was very friendly and I like that it is a local, family-run store. They informed me very well about the food options and what to do with the transition to the new food. They even brought my food to my vehicle. I was assisted by Steve, a man with a lot of experience and very friendly. Made me feel very good, the kind of customer service it should be. I will definitely continue to support this family business. If you have pets, I recommend you give them a tour and support their business.”
