had my transmission fluid changed and now my transmission is shot- all the fluid leaked out while my car was parked - I've had this car for 7 years no problems- serviced the tranny with Val online and she won't shift and there is a huge stain where my car was parked- never again

We waited over 40 minutes for a simple oil change. It was a 15 minute wait before they acknowledged us. There were 8 people working in the bays and others below. There was no reason for it being so slow, other than they appeared to be disorganized and it felt like a training class.

Fast, efficient, polite and priced fairly. When called the 800 number to confirm that they could do a 10' tall RV, they sent a $25 coupon. They also check tires, filters, etc. I'd go back

I've used this place in the past and had very good service. People were very friendly and up front about all my questions. They were super fast and thorough. I happened to need an air filter and they showed me what condition mine was in which helped me to proceed to have it replaced. This time when I visited to have my oil changed, I had the same great service but a little hiccup as I use synthetic oil and there's been a shortage on some products lately so I wasn't able to get 100% synthetic but a blend which they said would work good too just need to get the oil changed a little sooner. I was given a $25 discount for the inconvenience which I didn't expect but was happy with that.
