I was there on 10/24/24 during the afternoon. The atmosphere was not welcoming and friendly. The person that was “helping” me (big, tall, bushy person) made me feel like more of a nuisance instead of a paying customer. His customer service was awful and. The experience was not pleasant at all. Today 10/25/24, I returned the items I bought and took my money and business to Autozone instead.

Keizer store location is poorly by Ryan.They have workplace incompetence due to a lack of people skills include being disrespectful, overbearing, rude, unclear, upset and unprofessional. Use Autozone More to come

I've purchased HID light bulb on Feb 16, 2022, for $106.99 the bulb went out but covered by the manufacturers warrant so I purchased a new bulb on September 16, 2022, for $101.99. When returned the bad bulb purchased on Feb 16, 2022, for $106.99 the store clerk with $15 - $16 per hourly labor told me that if I was not purchasing the new bulb, he would never be accepting the bulb back. Napa Auto just made another $5.99 profit from warranty returned. Now Napa Auto has made $106.99 the original sale plus $5.99 more profit...... $106.99 + $5.99 = $112.98.

The store and employees are great. However, the online price of a 17 dollar item, was 6 dollars more in the store. "Sometimes it is cheaper if you order it online....". Huh??? I went down the road to O'Reilly's and bought 100 bucks of other things, in addition to this part (Which was WAY cheaper. Honestly, probably not the same quality. Same warranty though.) Corporate, you need to fix this price disparity. I will walk out every single time.....Upgraded to 5 stars, because of the reply.

Guy saw me driving up right at closing and I knew exactly what I wanted no searching and the guy simply walked away from the door and hit the lights. Just sad how these big city places are.
