i cannot thank martinez tires and franky specifically ENOUGH! last minute flat tire going back home to portland, all other tire shops were closed and franky was able to help me out with no problem. he was super quick, super personable, and incredibly kind. he made sure i got home safely and wasn’t left stranded. as a new portland resident, that meant a lot to me. 12/10 would recommend stopping here for your auto and tire needs! THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I drive rideshare, and I was desperately in need of two front tires. Martinez Tire had me in and out in 20 minutes, with two nearly-new tires for $100, including balancing and mounting. Their friendly service is top notch. I will not be going anywhere else!

Thankful they were open on Labor Day! Came in with a tire that had a leak. They found a nail and fixed it very quickly.

Called for a used tire. The man on the phone said they had the tire. Asked them to hold it for me and I would be at open the following day. He said no problem. Came right at opening and he said that he didn’t have one and he sold it. I drove 40 miles and the guy didn’t even apologize or try to make it right. Terrible service and I won’t ever go there again.

Great guys. Great service. Though I had to stop using them because I had them balance my tires poorly too many times. Every time I went in or recommended a friend and paid for the balancing service or got new tires, it was never quite right. Went to a competitor explained what I experienced, and they were balanced properly, removing the "it's just your tires" explanation, I was receiving from Martinez tires. They are really good guys but they should work on their balancing. Would recommend them for a lot of things, just not balancing.

Amazing people and Frankie is an amazing man, he truly believes in humanity. His business is a great part of the community. I love the tires he sold me. They run so quite for an mt. I showed up today broke as hell with a flat tire, I'm a single mom and I have my son with me and I was almost stranded. I rolled up and the gentleman at this location gave me a functional tire for an amazing price and I was able to get my children and me home safely. Definitely found a lifelong customer here!!

Bad service, I went to get a tire and they didn't have the size I was looking for and they did the bad trick of putting a different size tire on me, I went to have it changed and they put another one of a different size claiming that the ones they had gotten didn't work and that arrived the next day, I better decided to go somewhere else, I lost my money but they lost a client
