Lowes has slipped to on par with Home Depot. Needed help placing a vanity in my truck. Waited close to an hr in the rain and went I. Twice looking for a manager. Help never arrived. Ended up taking it out of the box, taking it apart to lift it. There has to be a better alternative to big box stores with irresponsible management who dosent care.

absolutely horrid customer service. they have eliminated ALL cashier positions except one and that one is rarely staffed. otherwise your choice is jamming into one of six self check out locations. horrible. staff on the floor just make themselves scarce and do their best to avoid you. horribly understaffed. horrible attitude about customer service. goodbye. I'm done with this dive. I'm taking my business to Home Depot, Ace and True Value.

Went there today, no cashier at all, person running self checkout was not helpful and was not a good experience. No manager on duty to express concern to. Associate hung up on me when trying to address my concerns, very unprofessional of the store not to have a manager.

I am barely able to give one star with this place. The people that work here don't give a rip. They don't want to help you out with anything. They don't know anything.

Obviously don't care about their customers. Dumb, too. Went to Lowes Keizer to buy a 4'x8' sheet of plywood for shelving. Asked them to cut it twice, rip it into three 16" widths. "Sorry, can't do it; we have drywall stacked up against our panel saw". Yes, they did - a 10' tall stack of drywall, butted up tight against the panel saw so no panels could slide through. "This is Wednesday - we should be able to use the saw by Friday afternoon". What idiot employee put drywall there? And what idiot manager(s) not only approved this, but allowed the problem to continue? The employees on site were nice enough, but...really? "We blocked our saw so we can't help you, har har." Pathetic.

Jim and Kevin in the appliance department are so nice and helpful, especially Jim. The compressor in our LG refrigerator decided to die for a second time and we were desperate to replace it. After much research, we decided on a Bosch and the only place that had it in stock was Lowe's in Keizer. Before we drove 35 miles to check it out, I called and Jim not only answered the phone but was nice enough to verify the store indeed had 3 in stock. He also found it on the floor so we could look at it before buying it. I haven't had great luck with the Lowe's in Tigard, but I highly recommend these two at the Keizer store. They helped make a crappy few days much better.

I'm a landlord who lives in Washington State. I ordered a dryer for a tenant who lives in Oregon. I opted to pay Lowe's to deliver and install the dryer to avoid headaches. During the checkout process I selected the 3-prong cable because the tenant stated the dryer had 3-prongs. Come to find out there are 3-prong cables for dryers and 3-prong cables for ranges. The older dryer was utilizing a 3-prong cable for a range and the new dryer included a 3-prong cable for a dryer. Long story short the installers couldn't install the new dryer leaving me and my tenant in a lurch. Now I need to hire an electrician to finish the installation. It boggles my mind why Lowes's doesn't carry spare cables to avoid this common issue????

I spent over 35 minutes on the phone with Lowes - 3 associates on chat-the 1st one was automated-the 2nd one -told me that yes indeed they could price match but when I went to buy-I got transferred-and Melissa said that they couldn't because it wasn't in stock and therefore is a special buy--bait and switch! So they lost $1,000 sale because at that point screw them--I was pissed! If that is there customer service-forget it!!!!

Yesterday at about 6:00pm I drove to Lowes at Keizer Station on Ulali Dr from Monmouth to look for additional accessories for my Dremel. I hadn't walked far & a customer service employee named Milt promptly approached & asked if he could help us find something. I told him what we were looking for & he took us where we needed to be. He was the nicest & most helpful customer service worker I've never encountered. He went above & beyond, spending about 20 minutes patiently & eagerly answering all of our questions & trying to help us find what we needed. Not once did I feel he was getting impatient. He's a veteran who just moved here from Maine 2 mos ago & is awesome & deserves a raise!

I wish I could give this place a negative. BEWARE ANGRY EMPLOYEE!!!! A cashier at this store was being very aggressive with an older couple, I stepped in, in a calm way and he lashed out at me in an aggressive way several times. I spoke to the manager about the situation and he assured me it would be addressed. This employee Steven is a liability to this store, if i see him again at this store I will no longer enter this store it will show me this store doesn't care about their customers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like the others recent reviews have mentioned the customer service is basically nonexistent. It wasn't until after the 5th store error happened that we even got an apology for all the senseless errors. After a big ordering fiasco for a large flooring purchase, two promised delivery dates and multiple self initiated phone calls to attempt to figure out what is going on, including long wait times, dishonest workers and being bounced between multiple departments and managers, we have yet to receive our order. If we could get the items elsewhere, we would have over a month ago. This will be the last time we support this business.

Worst customer service in America. I bought an item from them online ($1650). They gave me a delivery date of May 10. I waited all day. It didn't arrive. In the two weeks since, I have wasted several hours trying to talk with someone at that store. They put you one hold and then cut you off after a long spell. Two people there promised to call me back and never did. I finally cancelled the order and bought the same item on Amazon for less money.

Horrible experience buying a new washing machine. Ordered online Saturday 1/15, email confirmation came 30 minutes later stating delivery the following day between 8:30a-12:30p. No delivery by 12:30, check status and it now says delivery between 10a-2p. Nothing by 2p, call again and am told "it didn't get put on the truck". Great. They inform me the next available delivery is Wednesday 1/19.Check order status Monday and it says on schedule to be delivered Wed 1/19 between 8:00-12:00. So have have to take a day off work to be home for the delivery... and as you might have guessed, same BS, missed the first delivery window, update order status to indicate new delivery time is 12:00-4:30.. at 2:30 I checked the order status again and it said the entire order was cancelled. So I call and ask what the heck?? They confirm the order was cancelled but there is no reason why in the order/cancellation. They stated they would find out and call me back. Not surprisingly I haven't heard a thing from Lowe's. This is one of the worst cases of a complete failure to communicate with a customer. They had my phone number on the order but couldn't be bothered to call when the deliveries weren't going to be made much less when the just cancelled the entire order. Truly horrible experience and a wasted vacation day burned for no reason other then incompetence and indifference from Lowe's.

I had a fence installed by a Lowe’s sub contractor, and it was a complete flop. While it appeared to me it looked fine after installation I was made aware of different issues by my sister soon after. Lowe’s was made aware, and they offered $300 off my project at the time, and had someone come offer to address a couple of things.
Recently (last year) I noticed that one section of the fence posts were never cemented into the ground. I called Lowe’s about this and told them because it was not properly installed it was falling affecting one entire section, and the gate. Their response left on my answering machine was it’s been over a year since installing and they will not do anything to repair it because warranty was only for one year.
Today I noticed that the complain I made months ago has got worse. Lowe’s could stand by the workmanship, and have someone come over and cement before it gets worse, but no their simple response is we are not going to do anything. I still have this message on my answering machine.
I should include the message in this, but I will wait and see if they contact me.
