All I got to say is eventually I won't be able to buy clothes anymore they are so expensive ? that being said Lane Bryant has good quality clothing. I usually only shop online in the clearance section and then have my items sent to the store for free shipping and then I'll pick it up there, when you do that they will give you a 50% off coupon towards one full priced item in the store ? so with my 50% off today I was able to get a nice cardigan sweater regular price $79 and I got it for $39 which is still a lot for a sweater in my opinion... But they do stand behind their clothing if you take it back because there's something wrong with it they will usually honor that by letting you trade it in at least that's what they've done with faulty underwear in the past they don't trade them in of course ? but they will give you a new pair especially if your underwear are less than 3 months old.

Kay at Lane Bryant is the best! Every time I go in, she helpful and kind. I love the fact that I can go in and have great service without feeling pressured to buy or hovered over. Today for example, when I went to the Keizer Station store, she remembered that I work as an educator and gave me a keychain from the teacher appreciation event, since I was unable to attend. She always goes above and beyond in her sales and customer service skills and is the best dressed sales associate at the store. Cheers to Kay!

First time in this store. Recommend by a friend to try their bras.
The lady who helped me figure out my size was amazing. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed like she loved her job. It was refreshing to see and experience this. I find it rare there’s days.
I’ll wait to review the product bought, but customer service was 10/10 plus.

Just bought a few things including a new bra. The bra is a new style for me, and I'm so glad I bought it. It is the most comfortable and best fitting bra I've ever had. Wirefree Comfort Bliss. I like it so much. I went back a few days later and bought three more. It is not only comfortable, but it comes in beautiful, vibrant colors and prints. With matching undies.
The sales ladies were very kind and helpful too. This review earns a well deserved five stars or more.

Very unpleasant experience. I was not greeted, acknowledged, or waited on. I picked out several bra sets and had questions about the sales. It was noticeable very quickly that several other customers whom arrived after me were greeted and helped right way. An earlier customer witnessed the lack of service and tried her best to help. Needless to say, very disappointed, I ended up putting everything back and decided to shop online.

I had weight loss surgery end of last year and it’s been a struggle going through bra sizes. I came in and first was helped by Jaci and she was attentive and so helpful with making sure I had the proper support I needed. Flash forward a few months and I’m back again and Jaci is there to help me again, being the same person she was on my first visit. This time Heidi was working as well and Jaci asked her for help and she was just as kind and attentive. I was telling them I was going on a trip with my best friend and would like a nice bra to go out in. Y’all they worked hard to find me the perfect bra and I couldn’t have been happier. After going on my trip I came home to a thankful letter. They were thanking me for coming in and how happy they’re to help me through my weight loss. It was even included that it was hoped I had a great trip. This right here may be a small thing but it meant a lot to me and truly made me feel valued. Thank you Jaci & Heidi.

This store is amazing. The clerks that work in the store are so attentive, so understanding so compassionate I am so grateful that I found this store. I live in southern Oregon and wanted to order some more bras I called and Kaelina over the phone was able to help me pick out three more bras had a great holiday discount. I will be back, and if you need a bra, don’t hesitate to go in these ladies are great.

Great little/big store! It has lots of plus size options. I do wish they had more casual clothes. Customer service was amazing.
