“Jim and Kevin in the appliance department are so nice and helpful, especially Jim. The compressor in our LG refrigerator decided to die for a second time and we were desperate to replace it. After much research, we decided on a Bosch and the only place that had it in stock was Lowe's in Keizer. Before we drove 35 miles to check it out, I called and Jim not only answered the phone but was nice enough to verify the store indeed had 3 in stock. He also found it on the floor so we could look at it before buying it. I haven't had great luck with the Lowe's in Tigard, but I highly recommend these two at the Keizer store. They helped make a crappy few days much better.”

“Parking is close to the door, and the counter is near inside. I love being able to get friendly help within seconds of parking the car. When I bought a relief valve for the water heater, it proved to be a little short. Their solution was a close nipple and coupler made of brass, no charge, so I'm completely satisfied with these guys.”

If you're working on a home project, and are not sure what your next step should be, there are tons of experienced helpful people eager to advise you in the right direction and steer you away from wasting time and money. I've come to realize, it costs a little extra to keep that much help on stand-by.”
“Nice clean store and well stocked. I went in for a 12v air compressor and asked the first guy I saw. He said "you are on the wrong side and need to go to the other side." Not super helpful. I asked a lady at the register and she didn't know but looked up where they were and directed me. Way more helpful!”

“Astounding service! My call to Tim at Brooks Hardware just now was worth its weight in gold as I Ponder the future of my beloved 20 year old Shindaiwa multi-tool trimmer weed eater. That thing is stronger than any weed eater I've ever used: it just completely demolishes blackberry vines-- dry or fresh growth it just chews them up into shreds. It's a great machine. well I was faced with having to rebuild the carburetor on this machine again. I've been hard on it. I've learned to troubleshoot these things and fixing it but getting the parts is always a problem. So many different choices out there online and it's good if you can take your time and if you're willing to wait for something and if you don't mind if it's not the right part and then you can simply order something new probably from Amazon or whomever have to wait a day or more to get it and then don't forget to return that other part because guess what? I have three new coils for that weed eater sitting in there in the garage useless to me because they're not the right part. I paid for them I should have taken them back but I never did get them back to the post office to send it back to Amazon so I ate the price on that. But as I say to him over there at the Brooks Hardware he did the research on the right part for me they have the carburetor rebuild kit for this machine it's kind of surprising because it's times I say it's 20 years old and you know they don't probably sell them very often but I'm sure thankful they have one and I'll be getting over there to pick it up great service willing to take the time with you a lot of patience there and knowledge all the way from the front desk back to the guy who's really detailed on ordering parts and such all right five go start to you folks and A+ and thank you so very much for helping us out.”

“The lumber here was cheaper than the big box stores. plywood was great, but 2x6 were pretty ruff from being outside in the weather. very helpful staff. The last time I was there, the manager asked what they needed to make the store better. What would make it better is if they had cold drinks by the register so I don't have to stop by Arco as well.”
“Well, your options are quality, price, and speed of availability, and you get to pick 2. Harbor Freight consistently checks the "price" and "speed of availability" boxes, so they're a bit of an emergency standby for me, and for that they get my 5 stars.”

“We usually go to Home Depot off Lancaster but a few days ago we decided to go to the Cherry Ave location. Upon walking in, we noticed two male employees by the customer service area. A young male & an older, heavy set guy with wavy hair. They were talking, then the older guy chuckled to the other employee probably because he heard we were lost & then he scattered.
