Great price, friendly staff, and they fit me in quickly without an appointment. My cat has a lot of anxiety but they were able to keep him calm enough for his vaccinations. 10/10 service and care!

Good if you don't want to deal with a regular vet for quick shots but $35 for just nail clipping is ridiculous in Salem OR (Sep. 2022)

Very unfriendly to cats. Would not put a simple overpriced dewormer on their necks them even though they were on harnesses because they wanted to upsell their crates. I couldn't bring myself to buy their crates because I knew I was getting ripped off $240 for two cats to be dewormed and a small supply of flea ointment.

Drove 1 hour across town during rush hour to lents, and if that wasn’t enough, get there at 5:30 during their 5-6:30 window and told they weren’t seeing any more dogs. Unacceptable. There were only four dogs in front of me and I just needed shots. It’s like burgerville asking for tips or inmates running a prison. . If you can ruin your day and are ok about getting turned away. Go. Or if you want employees anxious to get on their party night and not care about peoples lives. Go ahead and go. Very disappointed and poorly run. Granted it’s just shots. But pay the extra and go to a brick and mortar place.

Good Neighbor Vet, convenient drop in that was near by. It was great day, no wait at all. The Vet & Vet assistant was very friendly. That is important not only for myself, but for my furry companion?. The Rhabies Vaccination was $50.00. $50.00 deworm Two -1 now, 2nd in two weeks- (was recommended due to King County is known for dogs eating grass.) You don't have to purchase them. I did. I love my furry companion. I want only the best! $100 total , you can pay VISA, AMEX, CASH, M/C or DISCOVER. We were in and out of there. Friendly, Nice and clean. Who can ask for anything more.

Just another Oregon vet that lies about their pricing and procedures. Their clinic hours are obsurd and their pricing isn't that great especially since they try to add extra fees once you arrive even after you call to confirm pricing before driving an hour to their clinic.

Do NOT take your pets here! This vet is super unprofessional and rude! Long wait only to be told you can’t be seen for a simple vaccination. Very expensive compared to other vets in the area. They treat big dogs differently than small dogs and don’t even try to hide it. The gal with the pink hair has no clue what she’s doing and what proper customer service is. This business is a joke and should be ashamed of doing business this way.

Our visit began with me getting the hours mixed up, so we showed up 2.5 hours early to Creature Comforts. Chalk this up to my fantastic memory. The weather was horrid. Windy, wet, and very chilly. The line was short, and the wait- well, the wait is expected and worth our braving Portland's December weather for the boys Chuck and Sam. The Good Neighbor Vet van arrived, and the staff hustled to organize by getting got down to business quickly. A personable young woman who collected our registration sheet is a focused, active listener who made direct eye contact, which helped establish our trust. Out cats, Chuck and Sam (affectionately known to us as the Payaso Twins), were collected for their exam/vaccination, and the process was quick. The vet team comprised of all women is impressive for their collective can-do effort and professional demeanor. We left satisfied and comfortable that our boys were now vaccinated. The fees are very reasonable. The handling of our boys was thoughtful, and the team's time management focus is admirable. We also have to thank Milwaukie's Creature Comforts for hosting the event. All in all, our visit was a resounding success, thanks to the Good Neighbor Vet program.
