Yesterday I had my battery die on me and after getting a jump stopped at Gills S Point in Keizer on my way home to see if they could check it for me. They got on it right away and let me know it was my alternator and older battery. They put in a new battery quickly and I requested to return the next day for the alternator repair. They went out of their way to help me which I appreciated after being stranded earlier. Returned today and they completed my repair. Very friendly staff every time I have been in for tires and oil changes.
They provided the exact cost before I okd the repair which was appreciated.

Went in with an older vehicle for an alignment. They recommended some additional related repairs and quoted very fair prices and great turn-around time. I had some concerns after the work was done, and got a little frustrated. However, Alex the manager, listened well and then he and his staff did everything to try and solve my problem. I left very satisfied with my experience. I'll be a repeat customer.

My favorite place to go for my car service! Staff is always super friendly, and have very quick service! Zach always helps me out when I go in, to get exactly what I need in a timely manner. I even got a reminder it was time to get my tires rotated! Way to go, Point S!

I am so mad, the service and professionalism at gills point S in Keizer is horrible!
I took my car in yesterday with a scheduled drop off in the morning to get an oil change and some diagnostics done. Roughly an hour after dropping off I get a phone call saying what diagnostic tests needed to be done and I agreed to move forward. This was around noon, and I patiently waited to get a call that my car was finished, or what needed to happen from there...
THEY NEVER CALLED!!!! I started to wonder shortly after 5pm and I called them, no answer. I walked down to the shop and my car was just left outside the building right on river road. I called and left a voicemail asking what happened...They just abandoned my car!! I had to get a ride that I could finally get at 10pm to go 30 minutes away to get my spare key to move my car because I didn't want it left out overnight there to get broken into or stolen.
The next morning they still hadn't called me so I called them again and spoke to Alex asking what happened. His reply was they simply got too busy to talk to the service guy and just didn't have time to call me!
That's beyond unacceptable. I understand getting busy, and I even understand that they got so busy they couldn't do the service on my car (they did some of it, but some things went undone), but you don't just leave someone hanging on wondering what's going on and leave their vehicle outside like trash. You don't just leave work and not call your customer to tell them.

Good customer service. We were told exactly what needed to be done and price it would cost so we could make an informed decision with no pressure. We appreciate coming to Gil’s in Keizer. All the guys give service with care and kindness.

I took advantage of a buy 3, get 1 tire free sale. The tires were ordered & I arrived for my appointment as scheduled. My truck was taken back immediately & the tire change began.
The tire guy noticed some very unusual tread wear on my tires & I was notified. They had the old tires for my to see for myself. I was able to have an alignment during the same visit, and was in & out in an hour and a half.
I have never had anything less than stellar service from Point S Tires & will continue to use them!

Amazing service! I had never been there before but I had a slow leak and wanted to go somewhere close. They patched it up and rotated the tires in about 30 minutes! Super friendly and helpful, we'll definitely be back.

The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I feel they gave me a fair deal. They were quick and answered all my questions. I will go there again and recommend them.
