This is a very nice bank location and very nice staff. The only downside is that they only have e a drive-through ATM and it's the turn to exit the Lan is too tight for my truck (crew-cab, long bed, dually)

Love, Love, Love this location!! Everyone here is so welcoming and make you feel like you are friends. When I walk in, they know who I am, usually know why I'm there and they can pull up my accounts without even needing information from me.They work hard to give the best experience and making sure that I am getting the most out of my accounts.I will pass the other First Tech Locations and go out of my way just to go to this location.

Showed up at 4:26pm on a Wednesday to use the coin machine but it was shut off so that they could balance their vault, even though the hours are clearly posted as closing at 5pm. Highly disappointed considering this is the closest first tech with a change machine, I wasted my fuel to get here. No where does it list that the change machine is closed before the branch does.

One of the worst branches I have gone to. The manager doesn't take her job serious. Even though this branch is near my house I have to go to state st. Branch to get some professional help.

I've been member with First Tech over 35 years and their customer service is excellent. Especially, Keizer Station branch reps are so awesome and very personal. Thank you crews.

Terrible.I am so disappointed in this CU. I've been a member here for years, back when it was known as the 'state employees CU', only because my mom used to work for the state and I haven't found the time to move all of my things over. This is beyond frustrating - the website and app are constantly down, and in those times where you need assistance with something, you can never get a hold of anyone to actually help you. When you try and call, you get an automated system that tells you 'Oh, we're down for maintenance, call back the next business day', which is kind of difficult for those of us who work all day and could have account issues. I would hope that if security and safety are a priority, they'd make an effort to get you in touch with someone.They don't care about their members and I honestly can't wait to move my accounts away from them and to a place that actually cares about people.

Marla was very friendly and helpful when I went in to set up savings accounts for my children. I've been with First Tech for over 15 years now and have always had good experiences with them.

I want to shout out. Marc Schaecher, Juan Diaz, Tony Ontiveros and Amy Kelci Johnson...I love the staff at this location, they are always so helpful and have gone the extra mile to help me when I had a large error on my account that wasnt my doing. I dont work near this bank anymore but I wont be switching banks because of them. please give them some kudos for a job well done.

When I can actually talk to someone they solve problems quickly. They have a single number and as of right now, I'm on a 30 minute hold for a representative. Their mortgage loan staff are useless and nearly cost me a house I was purchasing when they couldn't hold up to what they said they could do. It would be far better if I could just call my branch and talk to someone that knows me.

I’ve been with FTCU for just over a year, but I’ve had a great experience. Their site and app are easy and simple to use, which is important to me because that’s how I do most of my banking.

I’ve been with FTCU for just over a year, but I’ve had a great experience. Their site and app are easy and simple to use, which is important to me because that’s how I do most of my banking. I had some issues with a direct deposit coming through (not on First Techs end), and I sent an email to Tony. Within minutes he was on the phone with me. That’s completely unheard of with traditional big banks, and it was very impressive and great to know he was on top of it.

First Tech is a poor excuse of a credit union. They're under staffed, slow, and make a lot of mistakes. I've had money taken out of my account without authorization, instead of whoever's account it should have been taken out of. They're app and website is constantly down. Save yourself the headaches and join a different credit union.

Very sad to leave these folks. Went in with a specific problem that the previous manager had been able to fix. Explained it to the account manager only to have a bunch of irrelevant information repeated back to me. Had the bank manager come out and explain the same completely unrelated information to me, then tell me that i just need to be careful not to incur the charges they put against my account that were counter to the arrangement we had for my account the previous 3 years, and then told that since there was a new manager they wouldn't honor our agreement. What a shame.

I have been with First Tech for years. Hands down the best banking experience ever. As they continue to grow and change, inevitably there will be growing pains. Most of their services are outstanding and miles ahead of the competition. Occasionally there are imperfections now and then but the Tellers all take the time to get it right for me. I hope I never outgrow them.
