My lash service has always been an amazing experience. One of my favorite things about going here is the customization of the lashes. A lot of the time, when I get my lashes done elsewhere, they look generic and like everyone else’s. Here, she takes into consideration my eye shape, color, and what would suit my face best. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Sarah is amazing! She's very talented and it was my first experience getting any lash work done but she made me feel so comfortable and gave me an amazing lash tint and lift and it turned out gorgeous! I am in love with my new lashes! I highly recommend going to check her out and get some great work done!!!

I rarely leave negative reviews. After thinking about it for 24 hours I wish if I’d seen a review like this I’d think twice about visiting face envy. It’s been several years since I’d had extensions done so I did some research, read reviews and thought I’d try face envy. I went in for the mega volume extensions. I decided to add some pink. My first reaction looking in the mirror when Sarah finished was shock. They looked short and definitely not mega volume. Sarah did offer to take them off! However I had them done for a Vegas trip this weekend. My husband last night had not even noticed I’d had them done. It looks like I just put some mascara on my own lashes. SO DISAPPOINTED. I’m having to add a lash strip just so I can get the mega volume I thought I was getting. Totally not worth the over $300 i paid.

Sarah does an amazing job on my lashes. She is professional, kind and is very honest in her services. She is very knowledgeable and will always recommend what would look best for you personally. I really wanted to like this place. I did my research and all but this service was just not it. I went for a lash lift hoping to get a lift out of my lashes and was sadly disappointed. My lashes look exactly the same as when I got there. She even saw my lashes after the lift and said “oh the didn’t really lift” and then continued to charge me. If my lashes didn’t actually lift then why not try fixing it to make it better? I don’t know I felt that she saw the problem and could’ve tried fixing it but didn’t really care to.P.s she took a before picture and didn’t take an after picture of my lashes lol so that pretty much tells you how bad it turned out.

Very clean, sanitized tools, area is very comfortable and welcoming. She is very sweet and very good at what she does: both my partner and I go for facials and she never disappoints! 10/10 quality. I am a service provider as well and I have never met anyone so passionate about their craft like her !

As someone who had never gotten extensions before, I wasn't sure what I would like or would look good with my face shape. Sarah was amazing, consulting with me to get the best look possible. The application was easy and it was such a breeze and so comfortable in her studio. She was beyond professional, explaining what she was doing and how I should care for my new lashes. Bonus, her lashes are vegan and all products are cruelty free!Excellent outcome, exceptional attention to deta, outstanding service. Absolutely the WORST customer service I’ve EVER seen! My wife went to Sarah at Face Envy to get her eyebrows done. It’s been 7 weeks and we see no difference in her eyebrows. We tried multiple times to give Sarah the opportunity to make things right. But after no response from Sarah… My wife decided to go online and schedule a perfecting appointment hoping to see a difference… the day of the perfecting appointment comes, my wife shows up on-time and Sarah is not there… Sarah decided to reschedule 2 hours before the perfecting appointment. Poor communication. So disappointed. Please please don’t go here and waste your money!!!!

Very unprofessional. Sarah canceled by text the day of appointment due to a medical emergency. Totally get that; things happen. She offers the next day, which won't work for my work schedule so I politely inquired about just getting my $40 deposit back. No response but after a few days I see a refund on my account for $35. No explanation for the missing $5. I send a text, respectfully, asking - no response. I'll let the texts speak for themselves. I think it's apparent this isn't about $5. It's poor business practice by someone who wants to treat me as the problem over their own poor communication skills. And seriously- $5 is kept every time you cancel on someone because of your computer system?? That's actually called stealing, BTW.
