I came in with my pc not working and plenty to be done to fix it. Recieved my computer work phenomenally. Don is good at what he does, communicating effectively, leaving me no doubts about what was being done and still needed to be done. He does things very timely manor. Definitely my go to computer guy moving forward.

Don helped me with a battery problem I had with my laptop. He was kind and professional. He has affordable rates and returned my laptop to me in just a few hours. I plan on using him for maintenance/upkeep with my computer. I highly recommend Don with any laptop/computer issues. Keep up the good work!

Don was terrific. He replaced my busted laptop screen. It would have been fast too if the first one they shipped to him wasn't also busted in transit. But he kept at it. And his price was very reasonable compared to others. It was the difference between fixing my laptop and buying a new one.

Although very affordable and did fix my charge port as requested, he tried to convince me that my battery was fried and that I needed a new one and that my hard drive was failing and needed replaced.He went as far as removing my hard drive and battery out of my computer and replacing them without my permission and then had to put them back in before I could pick up my computer.As I am not just some women who doesn't know computers or how my computer was running prior to sending it to him, when telling him that I would not be replacing either part that they were working just fine he became very passive aggressive with me and treated me and my friend very rudely. Even wrote on my paper work that I refused suggested repairs.Upon pluging my computer in at home with my charger by battery charged just fine and was recognized by my computer and my computer ran as it should.I will not recommend him to anyone unless they want to be upsold and lied too.Edited to add as a reply to his comments:I only use a universal charger so that I don't have to worry about where my chargers are for both my laptops, and had no problems charging it at all. It immediately started to charge and I watched the percentage go up and it was fully charged in less than an hour. My computer did not have and hasn't had any issues booting at all. It did need to be charged and hadn't been used since December because of the port being broken, so there were updates that needed to be installed that would cause a slow down but other than that it has ran like it has since day 1.As far as my hard drive, regardless if you ran something and think it is failing you should not remove someone's hard drive without permission and replace it expecting them to want to upgrade it and then passive aggressive with them when they do not want to do what you recommend. My dad ran his own tests and found that my hard drive is perfectly fine with no bad sectors.As far as backing things up, who doesn't have things backed up? All my files are on both of my computers so that I can access things no matter where I am at or which computer I am on, but again thank you for acting like and treating me like a d*** woman who doesn't know what she is talking about or doing.I will stick by my review of your business will not change my mind about the way you treated me.

When my old computer went kaput, Don at DC Computers diagnosed the problem promptly. Sadly the ol' comp was a goner but the good news is Don got me into a new computer before dinnertime. Transferred all my old files and photos to the new comp quickly and reasonably. I love my new computer! Thanks, Don.

Don was absolutely awesome at helping diagnosis and fix my PC problems within a timely manner. Very personable, kind, and takes the time to make sure you know what he's doing while also asking if you have specific preferences on the end result. He had my problem fixed in a few hours and it didn't cost me nearly as much as I had feared. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank You Don!!!!

My computer of seven years died? Needless to say I wanted to make the transition to a new one as seamless as possible.Don made that possible. He removed all the 'junk' one gets with a new computer. This man is fast dose evrything right and dosnt charge a leg and an arm he is super friendly and very good at what he dose. He fixed my pc wich I have been struggling on since I built it and he did evrything I couldn't in less then 1 day. He charged me vary little for the amount of work and the speed of work he has done. You should definitely try him out you won't regret

Don is our neighbor, made us feel welcome as we are new to the neighborhood. He not only rebuilt our mailbox stand but also loaned us a weed sprayer. He will be our go to computer guy for sure, super friendly and kind.

this man got us in fast and answered many of my annoying questions and he made us feel heard and important. He is wonderfully friendly and the kind of person you just know you can trust and count on. Went to Don for help installing some new components on my Gaming PC. Motherboard, Power supply, DDR4 RAM, and some basic clean up. Don was not only fast, but honest and fair with the whole experience! Excellent and easy to do business with. I will be returning to upgrade my old hard drive soon, and install an SSD.
