I am completely satisfied with the CVS pharmacy. The pharmacist went out of her way to accommodate our needs. We just moved to Oregon from Florida and she knew we would need our medications as soon as possible. Outstanding customer service!

When I arrived at this CVS pharmacy for my flu shot appointment, I found the entire pharmacy was closed! CVS had sent appointment reminders but no notification that my appointment had been cancelled. It turns out Target, in which this pharmacy is located, also had no prior notice of the day’s closure. Hours later, I received a general email from CVS indicating that my appointment had been cancelled but offering no meaningful explanation or apology- just an invitation to reschedule. Really? Regardless of the reason for the closure, CVS had a responsibility to contact those with appointments in a timely manner to cancel and reschedule, and should have a system in place for letting the public know they are closed, and when they expect to reopen. A pharmacy/ vaccination clinic can have a significant impact on people’s lives, by what they do or don’t do. As for me, I have a new appointment elsewhere.

So helpful and efficient. Went to Walgreens for years and their lines were horrible. Changed to CVS Target at Keizer Station and what a difference. Never wait long and very friendly staff. Plus, our prescriptions are all cheaper there.

L.O.N.G. phone call wait times x4. Wanted rx's transferred from one CVS to this one. Moved from AZ and needed refills. I had rx names, she wanted rx numbers. Why is it so hard to transfer our life saving meds totally from one to another!

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever used and I am 72 years old. They have denied my life giving medicine when I spent 7 days trying to get it and I am now without the medication. On the CVS website, it stated my prescription was ready for pickup.The woman pharmacist kept me from picking it up today even thought she had the medicine in her hand. I called my insurance and they show the prescription had already been paid by my insurance. She was arrogant and rude.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Avoid at all cost if you would like to be treated with any kind of decency or receive your prescriptions in a timely manner. I was given the run around with my prescription refill a few different time, and finally asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, who was completely rude and degrading. He took zero responsibility for their screw up and made excuses that didn’t even make sense as to why they did not properly do their job. This is the last prescription I will ever have filled here, possibly with CVS ever. ??????

This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The Pharmacy Techs are very helpful and friendly. They recognize me even on the phone, grab my prescriptions when they see me and have helped fixed issues for me. My prescriptions are always filled promptly.

Went into the store today to get a flu shot, stood in line with no one there but us. Finally this tiny lady med tech comes up and asks us what we need and my wife asks to get a flu shot. She literally burst out laughing and then states sorry I am sorry I am new. She then goes and talks to the pharmacist Greg. She comes back and says they are backed up till tomorrow. Mind you this is 7:45 pm and they close at 9 pm and literally we are the only people there for the last 15 minutes they had as stand waiting for them to even talk to us. I finally gave up and moved my scripts to another pharmacy. They used to be good as Target Rx but CVS clearly does not care about it's customers.

This CVS is like no other I've ever seen, the Dr. sends in a script. The pharmacist has the script for four or five hours and when we went to pick up the meds, he says he needs a different code and needs to call my Wife's Dr. before he can fill it ... Maybe he's over worked ! Maybe he's just lazy ! Maybe he's just incompetent..... either way we'll be changing Pharmacies not just due to this But the main reason is we're standing in the pick-up line and one of them will always ask in a LOUD voice “ Are you here to pick up your ( name of drug) loud enough that everyone can hear them... And it isn't just our drugs , we know what several people are picking up, this is totally going against the HIPA laws, we are filing a complaint with the State of Oregon board of medicine and the Federal HIPA Law Hotline... this isn't the way any pharmacy is to be run and I've never been in one that is, until this one.. if they had a zero star button that's what I'd be giving them..
