Once again..another good morning. Cardio deck to myself, some weights and then to the massage chairs. 2 hours later I feel ready for the weekend. Coffee was piping hot and so good.

Nothings ever put away these days. Re-racking weights needs to be enforced more. Great facility in a lot of ways but the mess is getting tiresome. Weight room is missing some dumbbells for months now. Space needs to be utilized better and more equipment added , over the years some equipment has been taken away and with no replacement. Coffee bar is awesome yes, however, the weight room is in need of attention. Just a few photos of weights left on and missing dumbbells and benches.* update — More equipment removed. Great job Courthouse… way to utilize the room you have… Closing my membership and going elsewhere was the right decision after all

This place is nice and all but the fees and prices are ridiculous. $65 +$5 processing fee every month. $70 dollars in total every month which is a very premium price to pay for a gym membership. The fees are what got me most angry, there was a sign up fee of $75 on top of the standard membership price so just getting a membership was about $145. Just recently I decided to cancel my membership because I had my schooling startup again and couldn't make it anymore but I was planning to go back after my school year was complete but never again. Their so called "No Commitment" also comes with a $75 cancelation fee. They said you can waive the fee if you take some of their lifestyle training classes. Sorry not everyone has time to enroll in such courses, some of us just want to head to the gym and do a workout and not be forced to take a course to waive a fee and at $70 a month you should have the option to do so and not worry about fees. Why don't yall offer a plan where you pay a steady subscription and don't have to worry about signing up for some unnecessary courses?

Looks very fancy when you walk in. It looks like they take care of it very well. Yeah they don’t. I’m not gonna lie their massage chairs and massage room is nice and all. And their massage chairs are high quality. But If you want to go swimming. Don’t just don’t. The hot tub water almost looks brown. The pool is filled with dirt and grime they pay 0 attention to pool cleaning. The dividers for the section of the pool are dirty. Like so dirty you can visibly see the grossness.

Was always afraid to join a gym but finally got the courage after having 2 babies. The staff here are all amazing! They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and give me the confidence to try something new. My kids love the daycare workers even hugging them when they leave. 35lb lighter so far and feeling the healthiest I ever have! It has become my family’s favorite part of the day!!

Member for 30 years. Consistently excellent in customer service and workout offerings. Friendly and helpful staff have always been a trademark. Really appreciated how ownership handled the challenges of the pandemic by keeping it open for us!

This place double charged me and is having issues issuing me my credit again. They also are trying to charge me a cancellation fee even though the contract is expired. This place does shady business and they do not maintain their facilities. They also installed horrible automated gates while neglecting the rest of the facility.

They got rid of weigh scales and won't bring them back. This is one of the most basic expectations a gym can provide. It is the most annoying and senseless change they have made, and I know from asking that numerous people are constantly asking what happened to the weigh scales. For the cost of this gym, not even having something as basic as a weigh scale available is beyond unacceptable.

I work for a company that helps kids with autism. Most gyms allow you to work out with them for free. Courthouse does not allow that in their policy. I was told if I wanted to work out with him I would have to pay $10 a day. Instead of doing that I signed up for their 1-year membership to save money. Prior to signing up I wasn't told that they were going to be doing a rate increase. Not only am I locked in for a year but I'm also locked into paying their new increase. I felt like that was very unfair considering I'm a new member, I've only been a member for 1 month!! Now I have to pay an extra $120. This is very disappointing.

I am a 70 year old woman who joined the Keizer Courthouse last fall. I first started to attended the water exercise classes and use the circuit machines, then in November I decided to challenge myself and started taking the Performance Training classes twice a week. I have never done anything like this before, and am quite proud of myself for the progress I have made. The trainers have really encouraged me and made adjustments for things that my old knees just couldn't do! Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I love it!

I love this place. I really do. But folks do we have to stare at cnn or fox news when we are trying to work out? I mean we come here to get away from politics but then here we go again! Some 90 year old comes with a remote control and changing the channel. This is a gym folks. Let’s watch sports channels on our tvs

Nice Facility,So-So experience with staff...The one star review is for the refusal to reimburse me for the membership fee I was charged after the contract ended with the local client who offered us the discount rate to attend the gym initially...Upon reaching out for support, I explained my attempt to cancel the membership, via the app, prior to the charge, but obviously failed to do so, due to the technical difficulties I was having within the app, which is the truth.I do a lot of traveling as a contractor and in the rare instances something like this happens, I receive the courtesy and the benefit of the doubt, because I'm not out here trying to rip anybody off...I understand that they don't owe me the same courtesy, but if the money grab means that much to em, it's coming with a price, so is it worth it?Running a successful business includes leaving customers and visitors with a pleasant experience as much as it is in our power to do so...Again, the month that I was charged, I was no longer in the area and didn't use the facility at all so I don't think I'm asking for too much...Moving forward, I will be more than glad to change this review based upon gym's response.Shalom
