This chase is not very helpful. They only think about themselves and making sure they can leave early even though no one is there. I just needed one question answered and they couldn't even take the time to say hello.

Least helpful chase I've ever had the displeasure of going too, from out of town came in to handle a few quick things and the gentleman with the rainbow pin acts like it's the biggest inconvenience he's ever dealt with. With strongly discourage anyone from using this branch.

I usually receive decent customer service but seriously what's the deal with the hours. Monday though Friday 9 to 5. Some of us in this world work those same hours. I have to take time off work now to go to the bank. Some things must be done in the bank and cannot be done online. Used to be open till 6pm and half day on Saturday.

Did not receive good service from the teller, I believe her name was Evonne. She was rude and seemed like she was yelling at me for asking simple questions about my account.

The most horrible, backwards, scandalous, slowest, inept bank I have ever seen, worst customer service ever, this bank should have been closed down.

Larger Hispanic woman at the counter was extremely unprofessional with the customers. Everyone in the branch could hear the customer's information because she was talking so loud. She seemed like she had an attitude with everyone she dealt with. Will be using a different branch or closing my accounts in general.

The workers seem like they don't want to be there. Rude teller. Avoid this branch.
