I have not been here in over a year, when the cashier was amazingly rude to me.She has not lost her touch.When I stopped by today she yelled at me and kicked me out of her store for parking where the delivery guy might show up.How does someone run a business like this?

The owners here are just hateful and terrible people. Me and my brother has a car emergency today, when we pulled in to check. The owner (the women) comes out and tells us to leave and we are not welcome. When we tried to explain that it’s an emergency, she told us she didn’t care and to leave or she’d call the cops. Save your money and go anywhere else, literally anywhere else.

Crash on i5 and I had been stuck in car for hours. Stopped here to get a snack and let my dogs out. Sign on door said “10 minute parking for customers.” I spent 10$ and attempted to get my dogs out and the lady working ran out to me screaming she was calling a tow truck (other car in parking lot). I packed up and left, but highly unprofessional and rude. I would give no stars if I could.

The sales clerk with all the tattoos is incredibly nice. This review is for the owners especially the female owner. She is incredibly rude and always tries to rush me when I checkout. The prices are high. 7/11 is cheaper. They barley have prices on anything and she gets annoyed when I ask her to check prices. She’s always yelling at me and slams things on the counter. I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences when she is there. If it wasn’t for the nice salesmen in the afternoons I would stop coming here.

The lady working here, seemingly the owner, is a total btch. Seriously, with 7-11 right down the street, there is zero reason to ever waste a moment of your life at this place.

The old lady that is the owner was very verbally abusive threatening to call the police because I was parked there eating my lunch I was there for only 10 mins she hit the window of my car she was very aggressive

The lady that owns the store is extremely rude and doesn't appreciate her customers. Acts like it is a huge inconvenience to actually do her job and serve her customers.

Terrible workers. Older lady came out beating on my window and screaming for me to leave saying I can’t park there. I literally went in and bought food for my lunch. Came out and ate in my car…. I didn’t understand her at first. So I went to tell her I couldn’t understand her(she didn’t speak very good English) but before I could get anything out she started screaming more. I got out and approached her to talk calmly and that’s when I caught what she was saying. Hope that’s not the owner. And if not she needs fired. Awful customer service. Haven’t been treated that poorly since basic training… yikes

I go here frequently, and usually no problems in and out pretty fast with a couple things. today when I got to the counter to pay I reached down to grab a candy on the lower shelves by the register and the lady immediately told me not to reach into my pockets or purse that the camera was watching me and I told her I was grabbing an item from below to add and she just said cameras can see you don’t reach in your pockets lol like ok? I was spending some $ at your store. $ that I HAVE and would not be stealing anything but regardless, not going back after that. Lost a customer who came in a lot !

The old lady was very rude my child was looming at stuff he want to buy and clearly told my child that he shouldn’t touch everything. Not going to go back that shop. Also very bad customer service. Used to love the guy the that was working there he was very nice unlike the old lady with bad customer service

The lady who works here is incredibly rude, even to the customers who shop there frequently, like myself. I'm pretty forgiving, but they finally lost our family's business this morning. I parked and stood in front to finish my phone conversation before going in (as is polite to do), and was then told that I could not park there if I wasn't a customer. So I hung up my call at that moment, to go inside and grab my items, and was still told that I had to move my vehicle to the street since I was not a customer, even though I was trying to walk in and make purchases, like I do almost every day. I don't know why she told me that I couldn't be a customer, but if that's what she wants for her business, then fine, we will never be customers there again!
