“Spilled milk in the car became a curdled nightmare. Unbearable foul stench brought me to Rugged Cross. After explaining the issue, Mr. Walls asked to have my vehicle for an entire day. He deep cleaned the upholstery, and used enzyme products and ozone machine to rid the vehicle of the stench. End result: car looked like new, smell was gone. Reasonable price, excellent customer service. I felt listened to, and my issue genuinely cared about. Rugged Cross is extremely, highly recommended.”

I spoke with Evan before to ask price, and see if my expectations could be met. I wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my kiddo being in the car.
