Family owned and local. This is VIP treatment at it's finest. From start to finish no question was left unanswered and the recommendations were easy to follow. They actually refused to make a sale. Let me simplify. I had a purchase they could have easily said sure, go try it. But instead they recommended that I come back and test it because they did not want to sell me a product I may regret.

lots of tactical equipment for serious users. lots of duty clothing, gloves, safety gear and a large selection of much more. very knowledgeable staff and will treat civs with dignity and respect. I am very impressed.

It wasn't a bad place. Definitely super Quiet.. almost awkwardly too quite. Staff was friendly and good selection. Items I went into buy were almost $10 more then what their website prices were. I am all for supporting local businesses, but I won't be going back.1) based off their website which had zero item descriptions about product I had to go to manufacturer website and flip back and forth between products.2) based off inconsistent pricing between website and in person. I do understand that shipping is evolved but I live in the same city and don't think it would be $10 in shipping price difference. I could understand $5 or less but not more. I feel bad for the experience I had with this local company. But I will be shopping online or just driving to Portland from now on. I wish 911 supply all the best in their future.
