They sold me bad Alto pods 3 times in a row! I showed them the pods and how they were discolored and they gave me dirty looks and basically told me can't do anything about it. How about get rid of the bad stuff and sell better stuff??

Terrible customer service, employees do not care about their jobs or the store. Was instructed to insert my card verbally so I did and lady at register got mad an said to me I wish you people would just wait till the machine was ready. As the machine clearly said please insert card. 6 tries later I decided to tap pay instead of inserting my card and left. Kindly told employee to be nicer to their customer and the response I got back was “meh whatever”. Won’t be coming back!
