Over charge as many items as they can if you don't notice, by anywhere from 50 cents to several dollars. The family I presume running this location now are extremely rude, condescending with zero customer service skills. This is one of our neighborhood market but we will never return. Ive given them chance after, last one being charging my 12 year old son a couple bucks over marked price for a gallon of milk. I hope someone buys these fools out and gets this location back to what it use to be.

There's an employee that works the night shift and he is very rude and lacks customer service skills. 711 is supposed to have fresh coffee 24/7 and when I go in in the middle of the night he always says we don't do coffee til 7am but the website says fresh coffee 24/7 so I'm calling and filing a complaint against this employee and employer with 711 and the attorney general.

I bought Vuse pods and they were brown and discolored and when I pointed that out the manager basically laughed at me and told me that she wouldn't exchange it or pull the other inferior product off the shelf "because that's not 7/11 policy" and that is just downright wrong. Intentionally screwing over customers and then laughing at them is just beyond immoral. I will never shop here again and neither will my wife or any of my friends and family.

Tried to get a bottle of water this morning and the sign on one cash register said “cash only”. It was only on one register so I asked the man if both registers were cash only. He never looked at me, he kept pushing buttons on his screen and just put his hand up like you would to tell someone to stop. He just continued pushing buttons never acknowledging me or what I said or even looking at me. Let’s just say, if you’re going to work in the United States you should at least learn what we expect of customer service. A hand up suggesting I just stop? Really? If your culture is that rude you don’t just bring it to another country and expect to keep your job. Hoping this place changes hands soon or I won’t be back. It’s gone way downhill since the new owners took over. I put my items back immediately and left. I looked from my car since there was still another customer in the store and the cashier hadn’t helped him either. He was still pushing buttons. I’m a local business owner. Isn’t going to be good for business if others ask me about coming to that location. Lol. I’ll refer them to the several gas stations on that street. And no, 7-11 I’m not going to another website to fill out another complaint form.

Ever since the new people took over my experience has been bad here's why when I buy a snack or pizza and I go to the cash register they always charge me 10% more on my card than whats on the price tag and that's illegal and for example if I bought one pizza they would charge me for a second pizza they would do that for every thing I buy and basically they drain your money and everything thing is already to expensive like 10 dollars for a slice of pizza wow you guys are trippin

The workers at night shift can barely speak English and they never answer the phone I’ve called back to back and they don’t answer I’ve even stood out side the store and called and watched one of them just totally ignore the phone cause they can’t even speak English!!!

7-Eleven should educate their cashiers that when they refuse to give a customer all their change, that is stealing.Oh, and there were a bunch of flies inside, some spill that hadn't been cleaned up very well was attracting them. The ice dispenser on the soda machine had some kind of dried buildup where something had leaked down it.

This place has gone down hill lately. The soda machine was filthy and had mold growing where the ice comes out. The 2 ladies that worked there where rude and not helpful at all.

Im tired of this store thinking they dont have to give your exact change back! Its common courtesy to ask me if i dont want my pennies back and dont just assume I dont want them! Anywhere from 1-4 cents back in change they just keep and dont say a word now I'll just spend my extra pennies in gas to drive to the other 7-11 just so they aren't pocketing my change!

Stopped here in the early morning to get some bottled water and a few snacks, the employee was nice and very helpful.

Tasha and another employee treated me and my two little boys horrible. They refused to put my pizza in a box, after I told them that I spoke with their manager they became even more aggressive and let my pizza sit out on the counter. Did not wash their hands or wear gloves. They kept leaving the store to go smoke and continued to yell at me in front of other customers and my two boys. then the other employee tried to hand me the pizza without a box and when I requested for a box she threw my pizza on the counter and the boxes while screaming get out and then called the police on me and my kids for wanting the same customer service anyone else would get. Thank god I was recording the situation because they where calling me names took their mask off and where mad because I visit the store Everyday... I want this attack against me and my children to be talked seriously because we did not deserve that kind of service. Beforehand I was warned about Tasha by my neighbors. But this is outrageous
