This isn't about this specific post office, jc is as good or bad as any other. This is about the post office as a whole, fed ex and ups can seem to get it right, almost never a delay. Give a package to tue usps it goes to the mid west to California through eugene up to Portland and back to Eugene to be sent to jc.. talk about a waste of money. Abolish the usps

They somehow manage to lose all our important mail or put my packages on my neighbors door. Also, their driver just walks right through the middle of our front lawn!!! Not okay.

Thanks to the worker named Justin this is my favorite post office to go to- always fast quick and friendly service. 5/5 would definitely recommend if in the area.

Look, it serves it's purpose. I get my mail there, I send mail from there, generally everything works out. They aren't open Saturday, and with the distance between post offices, that is a pretty consistent bummer. But the people working there are always nice, parking is decent for popping in and out, and it stays clean and home-towney.

They "hold" our packages at their facility and make us come pick them up. They are to busy to deliver is what we're being told. Imagine if you went to a restaurant and they didn't cook your food because they are to busy, or bought $20.00 in gas, but they only gave you $7.00 because they are to busy.. :(

I have been trying to work with these people regarding parcel pick up. I have had the run around. I have asked to speak to the post master/mistress and have never received a call back. I even went into the post office to get forms for a damaged, insured item. The person behind the counter had no idea about this. By the way, if you need the forms to get compensative for damaged items, you must get them from Kansas. Kansas told me this was because of fraud. How can blank forms create fraud. Just another excuse. I was seriously considering an alternative but packages are not even being delivered to me. Now, prices rise when quality of service tanks. I wish my tax money could be given to a company that can do the job.

Carrier has lied several days in a row saying that they could not access delivery location. They never even drove past. I have footage of the street both times they say that they attempted to deliver.

I get great service every time I go to the post office. The prices are reasonable the desk clerk great to work with. Would recommend checking with the post office before you go to UPS FedEx or any of the other delivery services.

I've called numerous times trying to locate a package. I have yet to talk to anyone. I've filed missing mail claims with USPS online and the post master closed the claims saying issue was resolved, however package is still missing from Jan. 30th. The date is March 10, 2021. It's been almost 2 months and no package, no response and no help finding it. I am extremely angry with this Post Master for not resolving the issue. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

This is a very good local Post Office with extremely helpful and competent staff. Definitely the best PO I've ever lived near. I wish they would move to a less run-down building; the current one is pretty scruffy and has limited parking.
