Came to pick up a return package, was supposed to call but did not call. I was outside and saw him pull up and he printed off a label saying that he missed me to slap on the door before he walked up. Was not even going to attempt to ring my doorbell or anything. Typical ups service- the company would be bankrupt without the contracts they have in place. Refused to take my package.

I go to this UPS store at least twice a week. I see that there has been bad experiences in the past and I also had a few. These have been addressed. The current staff is friendly, efficient and responsive!

The woman working the desk did not smile once. I had an amazon return that would take all of ten seconds to process. The two parties in front of me had lengthy involved shipping situations. In the other two UPS stores I frequent, the clerk would have been observant, noticed me with my small box and shipping label (an obvious amazon return) and would have offered to let me go ahead of the couple with the big computer monitor they needed to ship. Because my transaction would literally take all of ten seconds. Because the clerk did not smile or appear friendly in any way I didn't feel comfortable asking. So I stood there while she collected all the information she needed from them (address, phone #, email address etc) then had to look up all the different shipping options for their large bulky item. I stood in line for at least 15 full minutes. From now on I'll take my returns to another UPS store, where they usually have two agents available at all times.

Never knew a UPS store could be so important in my life! I print my timesheets here regularly. Sheena is incredibly kind, thoughtful & Amazing! She’s been a genuinely professional and supportive help to me each and every time. Someone who truly goes “above & beyond!” Rarely much of a wait here but when there is, everyone works to navigate customers needs as quickly and thoughtfully as possible.

Nice people but very slow. I can never just pop in and out here. Always a line or someone isn't at the desk. I edited this review and added a star for the response that I received. I appreciate that and it shows that feedback is taken and used as a tool to improve. Well done!

I’ve used this UPS store as my primary store for the past couple years now, and it’s by far had some of the best customer service I’ve been able to find! The manager is amazing and the staff are well-trained! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid UPS!

hands down one of the best places in town to get your printing, faxes, shipping, packing, shredding, and amazon returns done. and also supply everything you need from packing supplies to canvas’, stamps, and so much more. i would highly recommend going there!!! staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING is right to your expectations. ???
