This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They constantly get my order wrong, they are never staffed and when I try to take my daughter there to get breakfast and sit at the drive thru for 10 min and nobody will answer when it shows they have been open for a half an hour this is the biggest joke in junction city. I don’t know why they even have a business here when they can’t even serve the community.

Last evening I went thru the drive thru at the Junction City Oregon Taco Bell. The wait in getting to place my order was a little slow, but not too bad. When I got to the speaker to place my order, I turned off my motor so it wouldn't interfere with my ordering. I was told to order when ready. I ordered, but no one responded. So I waited, for 3 or 4 minutes. Then a female said "I'm sorry, I couldn't see that you were there. Go ahead and place your order." So again I ordered. One of the 3 items I ordered was a 3 cheese Flatbread thing that I saw on the menu board. Unfortunately the lady taking my order thought I wanted 3 of the Flatbread items. And I failed to notice when asked if the screen was correct. When I got to the window, I discovered there was some problem with my order, and it would be corrected shortly. I waited 11 minutes, and finally got my food. When I got home, I discovered that I had paid for and received 3 of the 3 cheese Flatbread item. To make matters worse, they were not very tasty. So all in all, it was a very unpleasant trip to the Bell.

The absolute worst customer service. Their employee. Noah, told me he was busy and to hold on in an impolite manner in the drive through, handed my drinks and took my card with no ‘hello, here you go, thank you, have a nice day’ nothing. He literally said no words after handing my food to me either. Felt like he hated his job and made it clear to the customers. Terrible. Put him in the back away from customers. So rude.

Drive thru employe needs a new mic because when I asked for steak they thought I said bacon and told me “we don’t have bacon” service was subpar. After the food was ready the employee almost smashed the food into my window because they moved super fast with the bag and didn’t pay attention to my window being rolled up. Food was cold when I received it, I went inside and asked them for a new chalupa because one of the two was super hard; they gave me another that was cold and crumbly, I Highly don’t recommend anyone go to this Taco Bell, the service is super low quality.

Always so rude to us! They always get our order wrong if we order on an app, which makes us have to go in anyways to get it fixed and they always screw up 2 or more times when simply asked for no sauce on it...not that hard of a request. They have hung up on us multiple times and have told us they won't fix our order...this last time some lady made it (clearly not a manager) and answered the phone claiming she was the manager when I know that's not true. Messing up one or two times, okay...but every single time we order from them they get it wrong and we make sure we ordered everything right...not a very hard request...horrible customer service...they need to hire better people.

I ordered and paid online through the taco bell mobile app. I pick up my order at the drive through. The person working the drive through did not greet us, there was no friendly chit chat and I am old school so that is something I feel is part of customer service. It is also just polite. The restaurant was not very busy and our order wasn't done when we got there so we sat in the drive through for a few minutes and waited. The food was good though and the cost is quite reasonable. You can earn rewards by ordering online using the Taco Bell app. Rewards add up to discounts for food, maybe free food. I'm not sure what else rewards do, I just recently signed up for the rewards program. Overall I would recommend the Junction City Taco Bell location. They are also open later than other fast food restaurants in Junction City.

At least 5 employees, most standing around doing nothing, and they have a sign to use the kiosk to order. The employees ignore customers coming inside! Ordered food for here and they give it to us to go. Guess they want you to drive through.

This Taco Bell in Junction City makes you order your own food on a kiosk, touching dirty screens after other people touched them. And a customer was sitting right next to the only available kiosk, so I was standing shoulder to shoulder with her basically. Nope!! Make me order my food and pay myself? Then give me a discount for doing your job. I will not return.

This restaurant is very consistent in the quality and accuracy of your food orders. The service is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a fast food restaurant. The tables and the floor looked clean.
