Absolutely nothing. We went to get an amended tax return in December of 2020 he returned one call.. wouldn't answer emails or phone calls. He failed to do what we paid him to do the worst customer service we've ever seen

Poor communication, doesn’t reply back to you or call you back. I have no idea what’s going on with my taxes. I haven’t been asked to sign them, I don’t even know if he’s filed an extension.
