“I have no idea why this pharmacy is getting such low reviews because when I moved and had to switch my prescriptions, after my first experience I was thrilled with everyone at this location. Not only were they extremely professional every single time I have been in they have had smiles on their faces, been more than helpful and I never see them just standing around chit-chatting like most pharmacies. After the closure of Bi-Mart pharmacies and several others I went through many and had bad experiences at each one for a variety of reasons. I have to say this is the best pharmacy I've ever worked with their professional and have always had my scripts ready on time and never made a mistake. Like I said I don't understand why their reviews are so low because the entire team has gone above and beyond for me and is wonderful I highly recommend this pharmacy. Maybe it's because other people have not had to being a larger town and deal with pharmacy issues but this is the first pharmacy I can honestly say I have ever had such professional kind compassionate treatment from and never one problem with any of my rxs fills thank you so much you guys keep it up and don't let anyone tell you you're anything but wonderful ???”

“River Road Health Mart Pharmacy Eugene Or. I picked up my first order this morning. I was on pins and needles because I had switched from Walgreens to Albertsons and then to Safeway and each one of those was understaffed. River Road Health Mart Pharmacy had three girls filling prescriptions one girl at the drive-through one girl at the counter, and the pharmacist was walking around helping people. it is a true pharmacy and they are there to take care of business. I’m here regularly enough to say that no one was ever rude or unprofessional with me - ever. Good people work here and everyone has been awesome with me. I’m very happy this is my local pharmacy. No complaints! Everyone is great ?”

“The last two times I have been to the pharmacy I have been helped by Jauki. He is very friendly and so helpful. I had surgery on my right wrist (my dominant hand) and both times he offered to put easy open caps on all of my prescriptions. The first time I wasn’t aware this was an option and took him up on his kind offer. He really made my day.”

“Needed prescription filled from a weekend ER visit. Costco is my regular pharmacy, but they are closed on Sunday and Monday was Labor Day. I looked on line and found that the pharmacy was opened. I called to confirm their hours and availability of the medication. Great service in a time of great need. I will be going back for my COVID vaccination.”

“Had a great experience at the self checkout with Megan, there was only one check stand open and I had a bout 25 items so I went to self checkout hoping I could be quick she was super nice about me going there with so many items. She was so helpful in helping me figure out the Fred meyer app and reward system and helped me get the coupons and discounts that were promised through the app. She was running around all 20 self checkout stands by herself all while doing a great job and keeping a smile on her face!! She is an awesome employee! Someone give her a raise :)”

Without naming names, my previous provider was over charging Medicare and I thought that was grossly inappropriate. This company really does an excellent job. Their employees are working their butts off, managing an overwhelming workload with efficiency and a smile. This recommendation is coming from a retired pharmacist that knows the ropes.”
