This was a halfway stop for me on the way to the coast. The rooms were clean, even though they need remodeled. They were nice and polite and concerned about us hitting the road in the snow or ice. They have the BEST shower head ever!!!! Unfortunately, someone tried to open our door at about 5 am so make sure you lock your doors.

All in all it has been a decent 4 night stay, rooms are clean and no issues. My only problem is they bathroom towels are tiny and don't cover half my body lol my 2 year old liked them and work well width wise for her, and when I asked for additional they wanted the dirty ones so I couldn't get extra like ever and we asked multiple times which was difficult due to have a 2 year old who can be messy just cause of her age. But I am thankful as we were out of power due to ice storm so lack of towels in the broad range of things was not a huge issue. Definitely would stay again!!!

I was deducted $10 from my $100 deposit for 1 wash cloth that had residue from a raspberry on it. After supplying both a refrigerator & and a microwave, I was shocked that they expect for their towels to not have any food residue.I strongly suggest that they post signage stating a no food policy for their towels including the deposit deduction amount for a wash cloth, ? towel & ? towel containing food residue. In this case, I would have either had to buy a roll of ? towels or wipe both my hands & face with ? ? .

Worst experience by far. The staff was rude - kept talking on the phone while we waited to be checked in. The bathroom exhaust did not work, and when I reached out to the front desk, the person kept arguing on how I was the first person in six years to complain about it. I don't know how one can live in these hazardous conditions. Someone should report to the authorities. There should be some standards for these hotels/motels. When I insisted on fixing the exhaust, the front desk person asked to leave instead of fixing the exhaust.

My card was charged twice, with only staying one night my boyfriend and I left something very important and we remember leaving it on accident they said there was nothing found in the room... werid. I just can't believe they charged me twice then we went back and they didn't do anything but argue and tell us we were wrong even though our bank even told us there was two charges

On Christmas Eve my partner and I experienced some car issues while driving back to the coast. After just barely making it to Junction City, we decided a hotel would be the safest option until we could get a better look at things in the morning. We saw that previous reviews were not ideal, but it was only going to be for a night so we called and asked about availability. A very pleasant man answered right away and booked us a room. When we arrived for check in, a woman was there and got us right in. The lobby was cozy, the rooms were warm, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable! In the morning, while figuring out our car situation, the family who owns the motel asked if there was anything they could do to help us and gave us some rags to wipe our dirty hands with. Car problems are never fun, but I am so thankful that we stayed at the Guest House Inn!

No actual recent reviews says a lot to me. I was planning on taking a contract there as a travel nurse and give this motel my business but the reviews are horrible and unacceptable to me.As a business owner, you need to hold yourself accountable and do better. And these reviews go unanswered so that also tells me they don’t value their customers.

I liked the older building, comfortable, inviting and shower was good. The heater worked great, although it was kinda loud…I’m hard of hearing so it didn’t bother me. Bed was firm but not too firm. I didn’t wake up with any back pain. The owner is friendly and I’d stay again. Thank you.

The lobby and halls of this motel are really, really stuffy and warm, I’m not sure what they’re thinking, it would be a simple thing to put a couple strategically placed fans, the rooms are the same, the first thing you look for is the air to get it on and running quick. I stayed for two nights during the week, there were no other cars in the parking lot and the guy gives me an upstairs room - there is not an elevator, I had luggage, I’m a female, and I had my dog to handle as well, it was hard getting it all up the stairs to the second floor, plus I mentioned how stuffy and warm it is in there. What his reasoning was for giving me an upstairs room is beyond me and no offers to help either. You have to hold the handle down on the toilet for waaaaaay too long to get it to flush and even then you’re not too confident it’s going to. The bathroom is REALLY little and cramped. It’s a married couple that lives there at the motel and runs it. The wife seems to do the day shift and the husband the night. I arrived there later evening so the husband checked me in. He told me the price for a single queen room would be $109/night plus $15/night for my dog which a quick add in my head told me a total of $248, plus I knew there would be tax…but not that much! My bill ended up totaling $270+! I asked him when I first checked in if there was a discount for a week stay, he just looked at me frowning and shook his head no like I had asked him something stupid, then a few minutes later he told me he would give me a discount of $99/night, I said for five nights? And he said no, I’d have to stay 7 nights to get the discount...$700 for a weeks stay in that place?? I passed…maybe Las Vegas but not the Guesthouse Inn in Junction City, OR.

My son and I were working a job in Monroe which is two hours away from him north and 2 hours away from me south. We decided to stay the night Thursday and get an early start Friday am. Found guest house inn via a Google search. Pleasantly surprised. Great service, clean and comfortable room. We will definitely stay there again when we are in town.

Customer service sucks. I called to book a room. The man who answered the phone gave one word answers.“Do you have a room available for tonight?”Nope.“So you’re booked full for tonight then?”Yup.“Okay. Thank you for your time.”Mhm.Definitely won’t be calling them in the future.
