Great dealership. Went and looked at so many and the delta alliance won our hearts. And the BishFix help win us over with Bish. Had a little issue with our trailer after we got her home. It was not charging she was plugged in and the batteries died. Called BishFix and was speaking to a certified mechanic within 10 mins. Solved the issue found bad fusses hiding somewhere other than the usual places. Now camper is happy again and so are we.

Over the last few months I've gone thru Bish's sales and service process for my new travel trailer. Each step and touch point has really been excellent. Nice friendly, caring and helpful people at each step. My latest touch point was with Tony in the BishFix service group. Tony was patient and genuinely listened to my concerns and explained in layman's terms the answers to each of my questions. I have similar great experiences with Sales and even finance with signing papers was excellent no pressure. Parts, Service and the Technicians (Danny) were excellent. If I ever need to purchase another RV Bish's will be both my first choice! I live 8 hours drive from the closest Bish's dealership but its worth it for the quality people, quality service and competitive pricing!
Update (after using BishFix):
BishFix is a wonderful service! Responsive and staffed with good, patient and knowledgeable mechanics that go the extra mile to help and make sure my questions were answered. I've used the service twice now; once for operational questions and a second time to review and submit warranty claims.

I was hesitant to do a remote estimate but it worked out quite well. The estimator patiently guided through the process. It was much easier and quicker than going to the dealership. Will always do this when I can.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Be warned and Be very careful dealing with this dealership they will stick you in the back faster than they will sell you A unit!!! Make sure you spend at least a day or two goin through everything on the unit you are thinking of buying from these people. They sold us $100,000 unit claiming it had gone through many inspections and everything was ready to go 100% !! Which was an out and out lie!! they fixed the couple things we were able to find on the walk-through but anything that was wrong that we didn’t catch that they had to have known about, based on the obvious inspections they do when they get the units. They’re now running through our Warranty. I feel sorry for you if you didn’t buy an extended warranty because you’ll probably have to pay for all of that out-of-pocket their service department deceived me when I drop the unit off telling me that they would test the AC on a hot day the text I just got from the states they tested the AC on a 75 degree day claiming the AC is working properly but when you put the AC in 100° temperature, it won’t even cool below 90°. City water inlet was leaking on first use which means it was leaking and bad when we picked up the unit but because we didn’t catch it on the walk-through which how could we when it wasn’t hooked up they’re now running it through our warranty, so they make sure they get paid for this work instead of doing it prior to selling the unit like they should’ve with this and many other issues. We will never buy another unit from Bish’s RV we are very disappointed and dissatisfied with what we did purchase from them.
I don’t think they realize word-of-mouth is a powerful tool which I intend to use to make sure everybody I meet knows this company will rip you off faster than they’ll sell you a unit.

I had a phone call with one of BishFix’s RV techs And he was very helpful answering my questions and showing me a couple of the operations on my camper trailer. It was pretty slick in that there’s an app that allows them to see through my phone. The things that I had questions about. Trevor was extremely helpful.

So, my husband and I set off on a quest to find the perfect fifth wheel or motorhome, ready to roll—except, plot twist! We couldn’t climb on any of them. No signs to warn us, though, so maybe they’re hiding a "lemon" suprises when it's raining. Who knows?
He asked us how important the washing machine is as a criteria. A washing machine. Because apparently, we’re not looking to live like castaways. So Mr. Bald and Sarcastic, our “helpful” guide, takes us to the accessory building. He shows us a brand-spanking-new washing machine and then instructs me to stick my head inside, to show us how small a washing machine is, and for prove his right.
Then comes the kicker: Mr. Bald drops this pearl of wisdom, “Washing machines are pointless—just good for cheap towels and a couple of shirts.” Right, because why bother with clean clothes when you can just toss them after one use and buy new ones? Silly us for thinking we’d need clean clothes on the road!
But the grand finale? We were shown a few RVs, and then Mr. Bald said he had an idea and would be back to show us more. Cue dramatic exit—he vanished into thin air like a magician, leaving us stranded. His coworker eventually showed up, but it was clear: we were clearly not rich enough to keep Mr. Bald’s interest.
So, if you’re not swimming in cash, be prepared for a less-than-stellar experience. It’s all about taking your money as fast as possible, with little regard for your actual needs. And whatever you do, avoid the bald guy—he’s the Houdini of customer service!
