Always a pleasure to visit Guaranty. My 2013 Chevy Cruz takes synthetic oil. I live in Florence and at the price of an oil change locally, between $78-$100, Guaranty does it for $50, I drove to Junction City and it was still less expensive at Guaranty.

I had a trip planned for Odell Lake Lodge on a Friday, Thursday night my heater blower motor stopped working. I showed up at 7:15 to Guaranty Chevrolet Friday morning with no Appointment. I spoke with Larry Alpers, the Service Writer and he informed me that they were booked solid but leave the truck here and hang out in the lounge. About an hour later Doug McDonald, the Master Tech approached me with my key and said “you have heat!” That’s GREAT SERVICE! I was on the road that morning up into 24 degree weather! Thanks Guys!!!

They just seem like an expensive place to get thing fixed. Although the staff is nice. They didn't complete the job they said they would. Plus they charged me $10 bucks to rotate my tires and when I called they said it was free!! Sorry but I don't trust them to be a place I will ever go again.. I got a great car though.. As far as service goes!! Nah!! I even get my oil changed cheaper!! Sorry Guaranty!!

Was told and showed by the service writer and 3 technicians that our truck was leaking water from the frame... in less than 2 minutes I showed the techs the antifreeze running down the head of the truck onto the starter. (Never touching the frame). This was after a head gasket job at their facility took over a month and Stienhauer automotive finally fixed our truck for them when a tech broke an injector and installed anyways. A quick trip to Stienhauer automotive after this fiasco and he had the hose that was leaking fixed in 10 minutes. A hose guaranty installed incorrectly during head gasket job. Will not be returning for any reason. This was our 2nd vehicle purchased from them but no more.

Buying a used car is never fun or easy. It is also a roll of the dice. Charlie over at Guaranty Chevrolet used car lot was awesome. He was friendly, funny, easy to work with and held to his word. I recommend him if trying to find a "new" used car. Definitely have your car checked out at a shop before buying though... the first one I looked at needed almost $2,000 worth of work pulling off the lot. The one I bought is in great condition, so you never know until your mechanic looks at it. THANKS CHARLIE
