“I had problems with my washer so I called Nielsen Appliance. They were able to schedule an appointment within the week. When the repairman came out, the washer worked perfectly, so he ran some tests and found a part that was going out and replaced it. He was very friendly and efficient. I've bought three major appliances from Nielsen in the past, and I've always received excellent service. I highly recommend it.”
