Pet oriented boutique with an attached small eatery featuring international cuisine individually made from scratch. Excellent food, excellent shopping experience, excellent owners.
Five stars.

Great food. The chef is a wizard and his wife makes a cake that will melt in your mouth. Truly a wonderful dinner ? ?

We dropped in for lunch today and really enjoyed the experience. The menu updates weekly, which is awesome so this week we tried the Bun Chay - Vietnamese Hot Noodle Bowl, and Malaysian Caramel Shrimp (the couple next to us ordered the exact same thing!). Both dishes were freshly prepared, deeply layered in textures and flavors, and satisfyingly delicious. The aromas from the kitchen are mesmerizing, not shy of garlic here, my wife is from Gilroy! We sat outside with our dog (they are obviously dog friendly), the service is super friendly, chill and laid back environment, plenty of time for two beers before our food arrived and that's okay! Don't plan to eat here if you're in a hurry....but you'd be missing out! Also - the shop is chock full of country and pet themed décor, and gifts worth buying! No photos necessary - just go there. We will be back.

The chef was out when we stopped by but the dessert menu was still available and we had delicious cheesecake. We tried the chocolate (?)mint and cinnamon roll flavors and both were great. The service was good too, nice outdoor seating.

This place was unexpected for an eating spot. 90% of indoors is dedicated to items to buy for your pet (mostly dog stuff, naturally, but some things for cats also). Lots of wall decor centered on dogs. The menu is very niche...lots of fermented items, several meatless options, and definitely not your average run of the the mill menu selection. Bahn mi with tofu for example. Vegan mac and cheese, which my daughter ordered...was very tangy. We ordered a bread appetizer that came with fermented dips...my fav was a creamy dip made from beets. There was also chimmichurri and a tapenade. All 3 fermented, so had a vinegary flavor. I had shrimp tacos which were good...so full i had to eat some shrimp with my fork before trying to pick up and hold the tacos because it didn't all fit...not a bad problem to have! Bf had the morels and gnocchi. Generous servings. One thing i would say about the mac n cheese is that some of the noodles were dried out/crunchy and maybe could have spent less time under the broiler. Maybe a torch to brown the top would be better so the noodles don't dry out. There were maybe 3 small tables inside and 2 tables outside so not a great spot for large groups or when it is busy. This is a good place if you like fermented or vegan foods. Not great if you are looking for mainstream american food i.e. a cheeseburger or other "basic" foods. If you are looking for something different, this is the spot. One server lady working and she was friendly. She does this weird laugh after everything she says which made conversation a bit awkward but not really a complaint. Not overly attentive. I think the food came and then we did not see her at the table again, which was fine for us as we did not need anything extra.Vegetarian options: They definitely cater to folks looking for meatless and dairy free optionsParking: Parking is located on the street and somewhat hard to find, down the street, if it is a busy day in town. In other words. You may have to park the next block or two down, from the restaurant/store.Wheelchair accessibility: The inside is not very wheelchair friendly as the space is crowded and i would think difficult to maneuver a chair around easily. Indoor seating is also a bit cramped. Might be ok to use outdoor seating. Front door is not automatic/handicap friendly.

We stopped in here last week on a visit to Joseph, OR after reading so many 5 star reviews. Such an odd concept-a pet shop/Asian fusion cafe. I am always on the hunt for great food and will brake for bahn mi sandwiches so I drug my family here and plunked them down at the outside tables promising a gastronomic delight. There was a bit of a wait- we ordered 3 bahn mi sandos and 2 orders of the fried rice. When the food arrived my take on us was it was a good spicy chicken(you could choose pork)sandwich. It did not resemble any bahn mi I have ever had but it was a good sandwich. My kids like the fried rice pretty well (mmm... love the purple rice and kimchi). Overall the service was very welcoming and the food was solid. Not what I expected from the menu or the reviews but none of us were unhappy.

I went there to find something to eat, but the Cafe was closed. It smelled like dog food so I lost my appetite even if the Cafe were to be open. I looked at all the dog stuff wich wasn't bad. Then we tried to go to the bathroom fallowing the signs and grumpy old lady yelled at me that the bathroom was blocked off but it clearly was not. Then I went out side and the lady watched as I peed myself since the bathroom was closed then I swear I heard her cackle at me... We walk by later and what do I see that's right people chowing down on some food.Kid-friendliness: The lady does not like kids

A few tables with mediocre fusion food trying for a gourmet vibe in a retail shop catering to dog lovers. Disappointing - wouldn't go back - but not horrible in a town that is hurting for enough options during busy season, so it might be worth a shot.

Definitely would recommend this place. I'm a foodie person and rarely write reviews, but they need a shout out for their great food. I had champagne mushrooms and my husband had morel gnocchi dish, both were excellent!
