“First I would like to say this bank is great! The the staff person who usually helps me in the drive up always greets me by my name and is super pleasant! She is always awesome! However, I can’t give the bank 5 stars because on May 8, 2023 I was helped by a male staff members who made a comment that was uncalled for and not professional. I asked to have a withdrawal from my account, his retort was; “if you have it in your account.” This staff member has no knowledge of the funds I have in this account. I had plenty of funds to complete my transaction plus! I felt this was a rude uncalled for statement from the employee. I feel like I was being judged, like I did not have the money I was asking for in the account. A star was deducted because of this statement to me! Four stars give for the bank employee that normally helps me! I wish I could remember her name, she deserves all 5 stars!”
