Saw all of the wonderful reviews of people saying nice things about this vets office, decided I would take my puppy here. Have called and left 5 voicemails over the last 2 weeks and have got no return calls. The recording they have on their answering system says "will return your call by the end of the day".

Great customer service and attentive and kind vets for our three dogs (2 LGDs and a Frenchie) The vet also had LGDs.

I recently took my rescued cat to Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital for a long-overdue physical exam and treatment for an infected inner ear. Every staff member from Nancy at the front desk, to Dr. Michaela Brubaker, DVM, and her assistant, were welcoming, attentive, deeply caring, and gentle with my very frightened cat.
A treatment plan was formulated and explained and by the end of the visit, my cat "Nelson" had relaxed and calmed enough so that he could be effectively treated.
I have always heard wonderful comments about Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital and now I know why!

They were so amazing!! The staff was compassionate, caring, and you could tell their love for pets. I had no problem leaving my furbabies there for their surgeries and picking them up later -- I knew they were in great hands!! I strongly recommend them ?!!!

Our first ever visit at Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital was a pleasure. We took our new pup for her first exam. Everyone was friendly and inviting. They even brought in the office cat to meet our pup to help socialize her with other animals. Prices charged for service were less than our previous vet.

Wonderful friendly and very competent staff. Dr Rogers spent a lot of time explaining our options for caring for the health of our dog at his senior age. We highly recommend this clinic.

Jacksonville Veterinary Hospital was so great to us while our corgi was dealing with a blockage. Even when their schedule was full, they still managed to see our dog and provided excellent care. They were also so kind and patient when I was calling them multiple times a day. The entire staff here is awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anybody!

I so appreciate the patience and pragmatism of Dr. Dix. He’s so patient with our blind dog and takes time to let him sniff and orient himself. He’s great at explaining what’s going on and treatment options. The techs are also so kind to our boy. April is extremely helpful at the front and everyone is friendly. We’re lucky to have such a great veterinary care center in our town. Thank you all!
