This was the worst, most untruthful service department I have ever experienced. While on the road for work from Bend, my Jeep Cherokee was invaded by pack rats in a campground. I had it towed into La Grande and left it at Legacy. They finally looked at it after 10 days and had it in the shop for 5 days during which they didn’t fix any of the codes for 4WD, collision warning etc. my main concern was that it was overheating and told them that every time I called to check in. They told me it was drivable and when I left Legacy it overheated again, as the radiator fan was not engaging. Now I’m stuck in a motel in La Grande waiting for a different shop to work on it.
These guys are totally untruthful, as they told me they had someone dedicated to working on it. I guess they just shined me off since I wasn’t a local. Well, I hope they’re proud of themselves! Unfortunately I can’t give them a zero star rating.

I have been to Legacy Dodge several times to buy cars, new and used. Always treated with respect, dignity and quality vehicles. Brent does a great job. Also ask for Rick as your salesperson.

Best experience buying a truck. Ricky Gloria was a great ally in finding the truck, holding the truck for me, and working to secure me the best price.
The dealership made sure that the truck was good as new and trouble-free. I would not hesitate to do business here.

Last week we bought a 2024 Dodge Ram1500 from the Tacoma dealership in Washington. We decided to take it on our vacation to Salt Lake City for the Easter holiday when 5 hours into our trip we got a“air suspension “ warning pop up on our brand new truck (700 miles on it 400 from the current trip).
We googled the nearest Dodge dealership which happened to be Legacy Dodge in La Grande Oregon. These folks are amazing!
Now it should have been a quick fix but the part needed is on a 6 week back order status. Not their fault, obviously this is a Dodge issue. However, the customer service their service department team provided us was exemplary. They spent several hours troubleshooting the issue and I know worked over their scheduled time to help us was beyond our expectations. Everyone was so friendly and professional it made the situation bearable. It was refreshing to receive such a positive experience.
Thank you all for being so great!

I needed transportation while I was in the area. I rented an SUV for 2 weeks. The rental was kind of pricey. The friendly and fast service was outstanding. After dropping off the free shuttle took us where we needed to go. I will rent here again.

I bought the epitome of a lemon 2 Christmases ago from “Legacy Chrysler Jeep Dodge”. Immediately everything started breaking down. It has been in the shop for a total of 1 year and I’ve had it for 2. I even got to experience total engine failure & if you aren’t aware , MOPAR was / is on strike and also impossibly backed up from 2020. We waited 9 months for the engine. Got it back and it’s still the biggest headache in my life. Not to mention possible health implications for my daughter & I with the 2 internal exhaust leaks. It’s never ending. Legacy hasn’t been any help & Chrysler , even though I was only 7 thousand miles over the factory warranty told me “good luck”. This is my third (and final) Jeep . The value TANKED and I have no more moves. Sure , maybe “Legacy” didn’t know that they sold me a giant financial hardship, but they sure did wash their hands of it since I live out of state. Do yourself a favor and RUN from Legacy & all Jeeps for that matter. Don’t forget the gap insurance if you find yourself buying from this dump .
