Pandemic length lines early in the afternoon or ANY TIME are unacceptable. The fact that our disabled residents have to wait in line for so long is sick. I will never shop at this location again. It may be an employee owned grocery store but clearly no one is being paid enough to work here. Avoid this place at all costs. I never have to wait in line at GROCERY OUTLET! As a side note, the produce is absolute garbage now. They have been out of whole MILK every single time I have been in here for the past few months. Goodbye forever, Waremart.

On Saturday September 21 at around 9 I went in with my daughter to buy food and beer for a party we have never had a problem with this until that day the manager on duty told me my daughter had to have I'd or me as the parents could not buy my items at what point did the law change that a parent has to show a child id to buy beer at WinCo after me telling her that this is my daughter not a friend she yelled and told me and my 14 year old daughter to get out of her store we have gone to corporate and will be speaking to her manager and the gm it's clear that she needs more training or training in customer respect but after a year of buying beer with my daughter and not being asked to show my children Id now the law just all of a sound changed no y'all need to fix this because she will end up doing it to the wrong person and y'all will have no one but y'all's self to blame for hiring such a hatful person and honestly it could have been over race she was white we are Mexican and after a year she is the only one who has had a problem with me

Waremart was really busy about 4:30 today and they were down to one checker. I want to give kudos to that checker because they were able to be kind and courteous under pressure. They were even calm when an angry customer confronted them. Though I like the low prices, I would be willing to pay a few cents more per item if that money went to keeping employees like the one that served me today. Thank you.

The personnel at this store are amazing, nice, and polite individuals who provide an excellent experience for a grocery store. Personnel like Brianne and Kyler will always great you with a contagious smile and positivity. They thoroughly enjoy their job and are excited to be working both in the store and with the public.
This is my favorite grocery store in this Monmouth/Independence/Dallas area, thank you for your service.

We shop here regularly for most all our grocery needs, they have most everything anyone could need or want. It's well stocked with national and house brands. Service is great as are prices.

Shopping in this store is like shopping in a 3rd World Country.
It is small, dirty, crowded and runs out of stock of popular
items and often does not restock what runs out.
They just turn the tag and face over with something else.
It is not uncommon to shop there mid morning on a Saturday
and find they are already out of much of what you are shopping
for such as whole milk, blueberries, cilantro, bottled water
and several cuts of meat among many other items.
You also have to carefully check the code dates or "best by"
dates on the products purchased there.
Employees seemingly do not rotate products and it is not uncommon
to purchase out of code, or about to be, products if you are not careful.
The check out lines can be abysmal and long, even during peak
shopping periods on the weekends.
They can stretch all the way back to the back of the store... past the
dairy department and at times even past the meat department to
the bulk foods department with 1 or 2 check stands open with sloth
like employees in the break room staring at their phones.
The employees are lackadaisical and unhelpful except for maybe
one like the produce man who is always a source of positivity,
customer service and cheer.
The rest of the employees and management could take a lesson
from him because below minimum effort describes most of them.
In addition, the outside of the store is crowded with people putting
their toxic trash into grocery carts to put into the recycling machines
making a sticky mess to walk through and forcing paying customers
into parking lot traffic... not to mention that you are about to put
your purchased groceries into a cart that has been violated with who
knows what viruses, molds, toxins or germs.
This store is a disservice to the community it is supposed to serve.
Management should take notice of this review and attempt to at
least restore it to mediocrity.
