Stopped here on my first trip to Independence. The gallery operator kindly let me in despite it being after official open hours and helpfully answered all my questions. Lots of local artists and beautiful work - the pieces cover a wide range of techniques and evoke a wide range of emotions. My visit was very satisfying and I will be back.

On a dreary afternoon last Friday, I ventured to River Gallery in search of the perfect gift. I was greeted warmly and began my journey into a world filled with one of a kind items, each a reflection of its maker. Not only was I successful in my quest, but my spirits were lifted. I found myself grateful for the gallery being open and offering such a wonderful experience. So to all who are part of River Gallery, thank you.
