The attendant needs training at the propane pump. Wasted at least a gallon throughout 4 seven gallon tanks. I had 4 more 5 gallon tanks to fill but chose not to pay for fuel going out to the air. Very unhappy!!!

I went to the town to get someone stranded and stop by for gas. Bcs I dont know the town (even with GPS) I asked the young man directions and that was a good idea bcs I encounter the curves he mention to me and he gave me clear and specific directions. He was polite, friendly and pleasant to talk to. I'm so glad I tip him bfr I left, he earned. The employeer should be happy to have the young Man as.his employee. If ??

I went to Jimmyz today 12/15/22, to fill my bottles with Propane .It was done in a timely manner, without any problems.Great, time to go in the store and pay my bill. Before paying, I asked an employee behind the counter " How's the coffee " ?Her reply was, " I don't drink coffee, but the customers like it " .Ok, sounds great. I rounded the corner to the coffee bar.I chose a cup, and read the coffee labels on the 3 carafes.Let's do a little taste testing, #1, the Bold coffee, 'it's cold' I tell the same employee I asked about the coffee, now standing next to me.Ok, next, #2, " it's cold " as well..On to #3, surely this one's hot, No, it's the coldest out of the three.I have 3 words for the employee, " This is Disappointing ".How can it be that a gas/conventions store not have hot or even warm coffee? It's not like it's hot outside. So people are not buying coffee. I believe the temperature was 41° .Now, I was in the U.S. Navy for 20 years, the Navy runs on coffee. I also learned that if you're coming to someone with a problem, you need to have a solution as well.Maybe have a timer set to check on the coffee set out for customers?Maybe, "with no investment in an expensive timer" the employee's could use a clock.Sometimes located on a wall or your phone, it has the time/clock, you can even set a timer to prompt you to go check the coffee. And buy all means, don't put someone who doesn't drink coffee in charge of making sure the coffee is hot.If the person doesn't drink coffee, they are probably not even thinking about it.P.S. Also, a post-it note could be used, paper and tape, or better yet, how about cards, on the coffee carafes themselves telling the consumer when the coffee was made.Think about that, providing consumer service without much effort.Isn't Jimmyz about customers service? If Jimmyz didn't have customers, what would Jimmyz do?Robert G. Thank you for your quick reply.I apologize for not including the time I was there.According to my receipt, I was there at 12:32 PM.I can't understand you making an assumption of the time line.Clearly you can see when I wrote my review. And of this note. It's 9:27.I do not accept your reasoning why you have cold coffee.

Just went there for propane for the first time and realized they have great prices on gas too. I think I'll be switching to this station from now on. Inside staff was pleasant too.
