I was looking for help. Three different employees looked right at me and ignored me. They had a huge line for RX.Also important to note is that they have no restrooms for customers. Period.Step up your game HI-school pharmacy.

This place is a total disaster. It is understaffed with rude and incompetent employees. There is always a long wait and if you order refills be prepared to wait days before they have them ready. Don't rely on them to get anything right. Avoid this dump!

Ear infection on a Friday went to urgent care Saturday Pm .Arrived at pharmacy after it closed, Saturday @ 2:00PM.Went in to pharmacy 9:00AM Monday.I was told the RX had not bern received.Called urgent care to resend RX. Took 34 minutes to talk to someone who wouldn’t transfer me to a dial tone or on a wait list of 54 persons.Urgent Care will resend RX to pharmacy.Went to pharmacist pick up window to ask them to watch for it,Oops found it!It will be 15 minutes!Wait, wait, not in stock! Come back tomorrow after 2:00 Pm!Got home, call from Pharmacy, found it, come pick it up.A pessimist is never disappointed.

Only because zero isn’t an option. My husbands face is swollen from a virus, is shows up just as lunch approaches. They said they can fill the script but he’ll have to come back after break in an hour. I guess in all areas I’ve worked, we’ve never sent a patient away. Sorry to inconvenience your break, my husband will wait with swollen eyes.

We called in to see if our prescription was ready. They told us an hour. Not ready at the hour. No, problem. Continued to wait. While in the store waiting on them they proceeded to call me twice and hang up on. Took them an extra 20 min.
