I come here frequently for a quick drink and the staff are always friendly. Today I brought my kids in for a drink from the fountain machine but instead we chose slushies because the ice dispenser was riddled with mold! I told the nice lady at checkout and she said it was just calcium deposits. Sure, maybe there's some calcium there but these were certainly mold spots, white and black, some sort of pinkish spots and most certainly could not be mistaken for calcium deposits. Anyway, hopefully next time we visit it'll be clean.

I just came in for ice water before a shift. I had 20 minutes before the shift, and I saw the line was long, so I left. I have come in before and not had to pay for the water. When I tried to leave this lady behind the counter took a picture of me and my car. I went back inside and paid and told her to delete it. She was incredibly disrespectful.

I tried calling to ask a simple question of whether they carried a certain product and didn't even get to finish my question before I was hung up on. I called back and tried again and was hung up on again.

Pulled up, and an employee in a 7-11 t-shirt was outside smoking a joint. We went inside, picked out what we wanted, stood at checkout, and no one came to check us out. Didn't see any employees the whole time we were in store. After waiting a while, we left our purchase on the counter and left.

The self-proclaimed assistant manager is a Karen. Watch out, if she doesn't like you for any reason, she'll kick you out. Last time I go to this dump.

Was charged for hotdogs buns ontop of the hotdogs I paid for. Nothing was rung up correctly and the gentleman that was helping me didn't speak any English at all. I didn't even get my receipt.

When your price shows 3.29 for a bag of choclate donuts and they ring up for 3.79, you should honor the mislabeled charge. Also when you have a guy who doesn't understand English or can't read a label and points to the wrong label which even says 3.49? I just said forget it and walked out because he wouldn't even bring it down to that price...."no, no, still 3.79?". That is super frustrating ?

I go here a lot for late night runs and mid day pizza staff is alway friendly helpful and polite and have the best slushy

Coffee was horrible, very bitter and on top of that the lids did not fit the cups so I got hot coffee spilled on my hand! Told the so called asst mgr (I think) and she did not even respond, give me a dirty look and rang up my purchase. This is by far the worst 7-11 I have ever been in! They obviously don't care about their customers.
