I’ve had a great experience with costumer service and everything here. My Truck got put out of service at the weigh station and I’ve been here all weekend waiting for parts to come in. Great variety of hot foods and even frozen foods.

Clean facility recently remodeled. Lots of semi truck parking behind Chevron to rest or spend the night. Big selection of food and candy. They also have Naughty Chile Taqueria, Hangar 54 Pizza, and Champs Chicken. Gas is a bit higher than normal but that is to be expected considering it's the only place to get gas in many miles both east and west bound. Open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Staff is friendly and seem to enjoy working there so management must be good travel safe!

Whole building has an atrocious smell, waited at the register for 10 minutes with no service. Everytime I go in 5his business I have to stand and wait for them to decide they want to interact with customers. I have never seen such horrible customer service, or management. Do not recommend.

There is a sign on the door as you enter, “Masks or Face Coverings Required.” Not one employee had in a mask.

Given the other reviews, we were hesitant to stop here, but really, this place was great! Clean, nice selection, nice clerks, different places to eat. All great. So kudos to TA, and I recommend you give them a chance.

The T/A truck stop has fuel, and convenience store. But being right across the street from a DOT inspection site. You'd think they'd have a service center. They don't! They also advertise 3 places for food. I only saw two. Both were nothing more than a hot deli. The food looked hours old. If you need fuel and a shower, I'm sure that meets T/A standards. Just don't plan on a freshly made meal!

Summary review: This place has an 80-foot sign showing a great price for diesel fuel. The reality is that it isn't so. Go someplace else.Full review: I was driving a 26-foot Penske rental truck loaded with my "essential" items I'd accumulated over the last fifty years in my attempt to flee California due to its ruination by the government and its voters. Anyway, I came across this great price for diesel on the TA 80-foot sign; which was $2.99 for cash and $3.04 for credit. I had to stop at the truck scales right next to TA anyway, so I thought I'd fill 'er up.Anyway, I get to the pump and it won't accept my Visa card. Instructions on the pump direct me inside. Okay, fine. So I enter, and go to the "Pay for diesel" line. The clerk asks how much I want to authorize. I want to fill it up but that seems to be not an option. So I choose to go for $50 which I think the tank will take and be pretty safe in not going over but close enough to make it worth the stop. So then she asks for my truck number and license plate and I reply that it's just a Penske rental truck. She insists that she needs this information in order to get the price on the 80-foot sign. So I give her the license plate number and she gives me a receipt. Then she tells me to come back if I want to get a receipt with a break-down of quantity and price-per-gallon. Because I was tracking my fuels costs and fuel quantity for this 1200-mile trip for curiosity sake, I decided to do just that. So, I get my $50 worth of diesel and return to the "Pay for diesel" line. The clerk has now disappeared and there's another handling a father and son's chicken-wing or whatever meals. So I'm waiting, and waiting, while they work this out. Then after it's all rung up, Son decides that he wants extra ranch dressing. Okay, that'll be 50 cents extra. Done. Then Dad decides he wants extra dressing too. It's okay, I'll just wait here in the pay-for-diesel line while you get your extra dressing. Another 50 cents. So then, after that ordeal is complete, I ask for my receipt. She pulls up the pump number and finds that there are three transactions. "What's your truck number so I can pull it up?" she asks. I don't have a truck number, but here's my license plate. She can't find it. "It's a $50 transaction," I say. She finally finds it and gives me my receipt. By this time, all I wanted was outta there. I took my receipt and fled, not even looking at it.So, here I am, two days later and I look at the receipt. IT'S $3.409 PER GALLON!! I have been swindled, mislead, and inconvenienced and paid far more than I would have elsewhere. Travel Centers of America just sucks, or at least this one does.Stay far, far, away and go to a place where the sign means what it says.
